أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

عَنْ عَائِشَةَ بِنَحْوِهِ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: He then mentioned the rest of the tradition to the same effect as mentioned by Sufyan. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4540)

عَنِ أَبِيهِ فَذَكَرَهُ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ
[AI] We met the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , and he mentioned the hadith.
أَتَيْنَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ
[AI] We came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , and he mentioned the narration.
أَتَيْنَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

أَنَّهُ خَرَجَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ
[AI] He informed him, so he mentioned the conversation.
أَخْبَرَهُ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ
[AI] From Zadhan, he mentioned the narration.
عَنْ زَاذَانَ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "So he mentioned its likeness."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, so he mentioned something similar to it.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, and he mentioned its meaning without attributing it to anyone.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ وَلَمْيُسْنِدْهُ
[AI] The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "I looked up and he mentioned something similar to it."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ اطَّلَعْتُ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ
"There is no 'bringing', no 'avoidance' and no Shighar in Islam." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3591)
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَا جَلَبَ وَلَا جَنَبَ وَلَا شِغَارَ
[AI] He saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and mentioned his likeness.
أَنَّهُ رَأَى رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ
[AI] About the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , he mentioned the narration.
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ
[AI] It means: "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to be guarded by his companions, so he mentioned something similar to it."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَحْرُسُهُ أَصْحَابُهُ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ
I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say. . . He then mentioned the tradition to the same effect. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4492)
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ قَالَ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ
The Messenger of Allah said: 'Woe to the heels because of Hell-fire.'" (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 451)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَيْلٌ لِلْأَعْقَابِ مِنَ النَّارِ
[AI] The Prophet ﷺ said, so he mentioned the same.
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ
[AI] About Aisha, he mentioned his intention.
عَنْ عَائِشَةَ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ
[AI] "He (Malik) asked the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , how does revelation come to you, so he mentioned something similar to what Malik said."
أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَيْفَ يَأْتِيكَ الْوَحْيُ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوًا مِنْ حَدِيثِ مَالِكٍ

عَنْ عَائِشَةَ نَحْوَهُ
"Geckos are vermin." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 2886)
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ الْوَزَغُ فُوَيْسِقٌ
[AI] I said to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , "Won't you marry my sister?" So he mentioned the narration.
قُلْتُ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَلَا تَزَوَّجُ أُخْتِي؟ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ
[AI] I said, so he mentioned the conversation.
قُلْتُ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ
[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ mention something similar.
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ
[AI] About Nudbah, he mentioned the story.
عَنْ نُدبَةَ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ
[AI] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ addressed us and mentioned something similar."
خَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said in my house, so he mentioned its meaning.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي بَيْتِي فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ
[AI] "About his father, similar to it (or like it)."
عَنْ أَبِيهِ نَحْوَهُ
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed for us and mentioned us.
صَلَّى بِنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَهُ
"No one hoards but a sinner."' (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2154)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا يَحْتَكِرُ إِلَّا خَاطِئٌ
[AI] His mother came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "So he mentioned its meaning with us."
أَنَّ أُمَّهُ أَتَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَتْ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ
The above mentioned tradition has also been transmitted in a similar manner by Ibn 'Abbas from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1491)
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ
[AI] That the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said, "Witr (odd number of units for prayer) is a right (obligation)." So he mentioned it in this way and they left it.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «الْوِتْرُ حَقٌّ» فَذَكَرَهُ بِنَحْوِهِعدي تركوه
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Witr (the nightly odd numbered prayer) is a right (that it should be performed)." Then the narrated something similar.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «الْوِتْرُ حَقٌّ» فَذَكَرَهُ بِنَحْوِهِ
The same as No. 290. from the Prophet. (Using translation from Bukhārī 1199b)
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَحْوَهُ
Abu Huraira reported a hadith like this through another chain of transmitters. (Using translation from Muslim 2653a)

The same as No. 290. from the Prophet. (Using translation from Bukhārī 1199b)

ذِكْرُ إِبَاحَةِ إِطْلَاقِ اسْمِ الْفِسْقَ عَلَى غَيْرِ أَوْلَادِ آدَمَ وَالشَّيَاطِينَ
