[Machine] I asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , so he mentioned it.  

أحمد:٤١٣٣ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ وَاصِلٍ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ

سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَهُ

[Machine] I came to the Prophet ﷺ and he mentioned it.  

أحمد:١٨٣٠٢ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي السَّفَرِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الشَّعْبِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ مُضَرِّسِ بْنِ أَوْسِ بْنِ حَارِثَةَ بْنِ لَامٍ قَالَ

أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَذَكَرَهُ  

ahmad:21088 – Abū Muʿāwiyah > Hishām b. ʿUrwah from his father > Abū Ayyūb > Ubay b. Kaʿb

I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say. . . He then mentioned the tradition to the same effect. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4492)   

أحمد:٢١٠٨٨ – وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ عَنْ أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ قَالَ

سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ  

darimi:2832 – Isḥāq b. ʿĪsá > Maʿn b. ʿĪsá > Muʿāwiyah b. Ṣāliḥ > ʿAbd al-Raḥman b. Jubayr b. Nufayr from his father > al-Nawwās b. Samʿān
