6. Meccans (7/16)
He saw the Prophet ﷺ raise his hands when praying, when he bowed, when he raised his head from bowing, when he prostrated and when he raised his head from prostrating, until they were in level with the top part of his ears. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1085)
[Machine] "The Prophet ﷺ said to him and to his companion: 'When the prayer is due, both of you give the Adhan and establish it.' He said once, 'Then establish it, then let the one with the most knowledge among you lead the prayer.' Khalid said, 'So I asked Abu Qilaba, 'Where is the recitation?' He said, 'Indeed, they used to recite in a similar manner.'"
[Machine] "So the prayer was established and they said, 'We seek your forgiveness, may Allah have mercy on you.' He said, 'No man among you should lead the prayer.' He then said, 'When a man visits a people, he should not lead them in prayer; instead, one of them should lead them.'"
[Machine] He used to come to our mosque, so it was said to him "please step forward and lead the prayer." He replied, "Let one of you lead the prayer for you until I inform you why I do not lead the prayer for you." So when the people had finished praying, he said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'When one of you visits a people, let him not lead the prayer for them, rather let a man from among them lead.'"
He saw the Prophet ﷺ raise his hands when he bowed, and when he raised his head from bowing, until they were in level with the highest part of his ears. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1056)

[Machine] Abdullah and I heard him say that Harun narrated to us, Amr ibn Al-Harith told us, about Yazid ibn Abi Habib, about Aslam ibn Abi Imran, about Hubayb ibn Mughfil Al-Ghifari, that he saw Muhammad Al-Qurashi standing and dragging his garment. Hubayb looked at him and said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'Whoever drags his garment out of pride, Allah will cause him to be dragged in Hellfire.'"
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said: "Whoever wears his lower garment trailing below his ankles out of arrogance, will have a portion of Hellfire to step in."
[Machine] "He heard Hubayb ibn Mugheer, a companion of the Prophet ﷺ , and saw a man dragging his garment behind him and stepping on it. He said, ‘Glory be to Allah! I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, ‘Whoever effectively drags his garment out of pride, Allah will let him drag his face in Hellfire.’"

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever surpasses the Muslims on the day of Friday, a bridge to Hell is built for him."
[Machine] From his father Mu'adh ibn Anas Al-Juhani, companion of the Prophet ﷺ, the Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever recites Surah Al-Ikhlas (Chapter 112) until he completes it ten times, Allah will build for him a palace in Paradise." Umar ibn Al-Khattab asked, "Shall we then increase, O Messenger of Allah?" The Messenger of Allah ﷺ replied, "Allah is greater and more generous."
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever recites one thousand verses for the sake of Allah, the Exalted and Mighty, shall be recorded on the Day of Resurrection among the Prophets, the truthful, the martyrs, and the righteous, and those are the best companions, if Allah wills."
[Machine] On the authority of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he said, "Whoever guards from behind the Muslims in the way of Allah, Blessed and Exalted, voluntarily, without being compelled by any ruler, will not see the fire with his own eyes except as a decoration. Verily, Allah, Blessed and Exalted, says, 'And there is none of you except he will come to it (Hellfire).' " [Surah Maryam, 71]

[Machine] From the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, a man asked him, "Which jihad is the greatest in reward?" He replied, "The one in which the most remembrance of Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, is made." Then he asked, "Which fasting is the greatest in reward?" He replied, "The one in which the most remembrance of Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, is made." Then he mentioned to us prayer, charity, pilgrimage, and zakat, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The one in which the most remembrance of Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, is made." Abu Bakr said to Umar, "O Abu Hafs, the remembrance of good has gone with you." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed."
[Machine] From the Messenger of Allah ﷺ that he said: It is the right of the one who enters a gathering to greet those in the gathering, and it is the right of the one who leaves a gathering to greet. So a man stood up while the Messenger of Allah was speaking, but he did not greet. So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "How quickly he has forgotten!"

The Prophet ﷺ said: If anyone loves for Allah's sake, hates for Allah's sake, gives for Allah's sake and withholds for Allah's sake, he will have perfect faith. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4681)

[Machine] On the authority of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he said: "Whoever restrains his anger, while capable of expressing it, Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, will call him on the Day of Judgment in front of all creation to choose among the beautiful maidens of Paradise whichever he desires. And whoever abstains from wearing fine clothing, while capable of doing so, out of humility towards Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, Allah will call him on the Day of Judgment in front of all creation to choose among the garments of faith whichever he desires."

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered his companions to go on a military expedition. A man stayed behind and said to his family, "Shall I remain behind until I pray the Dhuhr prayer with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, then I will join him and bid him farewell, and he will make a supplication for me which will be a means of intercession for me on the Day of Judgment?" After the Prophet ﷺ had prayed, the man came and greeted him, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to him, "Do you know how much your companions have surpassed you?" He replied, "Yes, they preceded me with their morning prayers." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "By the One in whose hand is my soul, they have surpassed you as far as the east is from the west in virtue."

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Shall I not inform you why Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, named Ibrahim, His intimate friend, the one who fulfilled his promises?

[Machine] "From the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , the nation will remain upon the Shari'ah (Islamic law) as long as three things have not appeared: when knowledge is taken away from them, and their offspring increase, and the people who curse one another become numerous among them."
