6.83 [Machine] The appearance of Ben Hamid, who is Abu Shateer.

٦۔٨٣ حديث شكل بن حميد وهو أبو شتير

ahmad:15541 – Wakīʿ > Saʿd b. Aws > Bilāl b. Yaḥyá Shaykh Lahum > Shutayr b. Shakal from his father

I said: Messenger of Allah, teach me a supplication. He said: Say: "O Allah, I seek refuge in Thee from the evil of what I hear, from the evil of what I see, from the evil of what I speak, from the evil of what I think, and from the evil of my semen" (i.e. sexual passion). (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1551)   

أحمد:١٥٥٤١ – حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي سَعْدُ بْنُ أَوْسٍ عَنْ بِلَالِ بْنِ يَحْيَى شَيْخٌ لَهُمْ عَنْ شُتَيْرِ بْنِ شَكَلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ عَلِّمْنِي دُعَاءً أَنْتَفِعُ بِهِ قَالَ قُلْ اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ سَمْعِي وَبَصَرِي وَقَلْبِيوَمَنِيِّي

[Machine] I came to the Prophet ﷺ and he mentioned the hadith.
