عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ

"I came to the Messenger of Allah" and he mentioned something similar. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4176)

أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ نَحْوَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: He then mentioned the rest of the tradition to the same effect as mentioned by Sufyan. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4540)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَ الْحَدِيثِ

[AI] I asked the Prophet ﷺ, so he mentioned it in a similar way.

سَأَلْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ بِنَحْوِهِ

[AI] We came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ while we were forty and four hundred, and he mentioned the Hadith.

أَتَيْنَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ وَنَحْنُ أَرْبَعُونَ وَأَرْبَعُمِائَةٍ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

[AI] We met the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , and he mentioned the hadith.

أَتَيْنَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

[AI] We came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , and he mentioned the narration.

أَتَيْنَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

[AI] He went out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and mentioned the conversation.

أَنَّهُ خَرَجَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

[AI] He informed him, so he mentioned the conversation.

أَخْبَرَهُ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , saying, "Indeed, Allah does not punish, so he mentioned the Hadith."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ إِنَّ اللهَ لَا يُعَذِّبُ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

[AI] We sent the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on a secret mission and he mentioned a story similar to the story of Prophet Yunus.

بَعَثَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي سَرِيَّةٍ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَ حَدِيثِ يُونُسَ

[AI] I came to the Prophet ﷺ and he mentioned it.

أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَذَكَرَهُ

[AI] I came to the Prophet ﷺ while he was in a group, and he mentioned a narration similar to the story of Isra and Mi'raj.

أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ وَهُوَ بِجَمْعٍ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَ حَدِيثِ رَوْحٍ

[AI] About the sacrificial animals, he mentioned the narration.

عَنِ الْأَضَاحِيِّ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Zuhri with the same chain of transmitters. (Using translation from Muslim 2556c)

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

[AI] Like the hadith of Waki'.

"When the son of Adam wakes up in the morning, all of his body parts bow to the tongue and say: 'Fear Allah regarding us, we are only part of you. If you are straight we are straight and if you are crooked we are crooked." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 2407)

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَذَكَرَهُ

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Modesty is all good." Then he mentioned the hadith.

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ الْحَيَاءُ خَيْرٌ كُلُّهُ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

[AI] The passage translates to: "About the Prophet ﷺ , he mentioned something along those lines."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ

[AI] About Sameerah, he mentioned the story.

عَنْ سَمُرَةَ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

[AI] "O Messenger of Allah, say a word to me and make it concise, so he (the Prophet) mentioned the hadith."

يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ قُلْ لِي قَوْلًا وَأَقْلِلْ عَلَيَّ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

[AI] About the Prophet ﷺ , he mentioned something similar to it.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ

I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say. . . He then mentioned the tradition to the same effect. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4492)

سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ

[AI] About the Prophet ﷺ , he mentioned the narration.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

[AI] "About the Prophet ﷺ , he mentioned the narration."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

[AI] The Prophet of Allah ﷺ prayed the morning prayer and then said, "There is a witness, so and so," and mentioned the narration.

صَلَّى نَبِيُّ اللهِ ﷺ الْغَدَاةَ ثُمَّ قَالَ شَاهِدٌ فُلَانٌ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

[AI] That the Prophet ﷺ mentioned this pain and then mentioned the hadith.

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ ذَكَرَ هَذَا الْوَجَعَ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

[AI] About the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , he mentioned the narration.

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , delivered a speech and mentioned its meaning to us.

خَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ narrated to us with two narrations, and he mentioned the narration.

حَدَّثَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِحَدِيثَيْنِ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

أَبُو رِفَاعَةَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ بَنِي عَدِيٍّ أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ وَهُوَ يَخْطُبٌ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say. . . He then mentioned the tradition to the same effect. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4492)

أتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ… فَذَكَرَ مَعْناهُ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ

[AI] I said, so he mentioned the conversation.

قُلْتُ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ mention something similar.

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ

[AI] About Nudbah, he mentioned the story.

عَنْ نُدبَةَ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

[AI] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ addressed us and mentioned something similar."

خَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ

[AI] She saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ riding on a camel and holding a pearl in his hand, then he mentioned the conversation.

أَنَّهَا رَأَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى نَاقَةٍ وَبِيَدِهِ دِرَّةٌ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed for us and mentioned us.

صَلَّى بِنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَهُ

[AI] His mother came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "So he mentioned its meaning with us."

أَنَّ أُمَّهُ أَتَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَتْ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ

The above mentioned tradition has also been transmitted in a similar manner by Ibn 'Abbas from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1491)

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

[AI] The passage translates to: "On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said: 'Indeed, this pandemic is a punishment.' Then he mentioned the hadith."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّ هَذَا الْوَبَاءَ رِجْزٌ» فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

[AI] "We sent the messenger of Allah ﷺ to Al-Hurqat, and he mentioned the tradition."

«بَعَثَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَى الْحُرُقَاتِ» فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

[AI] I heard the Prophet ﷺ saying, "A man is brought..." and then he mentioned the narration.

سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ «يُؤْتَى بِالرَّجُلِ» فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ
