[Machine] I said, "O Messenger of Allah, instruct me in a matter in Islam about which I will not ask anyone else after you." He said, "Say I have believed in Allah and then remain steadfast." I asked, "What does it mean to remain steadfast?" He pointed to his tongue. [Machine] "Woe to both his parents! (17) This is the verse that reached Aisha, and she said, 'By Allah, he is not accused of what you say. And if I wanted to name the one in whom this verse was revealed, I would have named him. But the Messenger of Allah ﷺ cursed Abu Marwan, and Marwan is embodied in him. So Marwan is drenched in the curse of Allah.'"

nasai-kubra:11428Muḥammad b. Yaḥyá b. Ayyūb b. Ibrāhīm > Ḥafṣ b. Ghiyāth > Ibn Jurayj > ʿAṭāʾ > ʿĀʾishah

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to stand, sit, and turn his face and back when he saw the wind. So, I asked him about it and he said, "O Aisha, what makes me feel secure is that it might be as the people said in the verse 'So when they saw it as a cloud approaching their valleys, they said, 'This is a cloud bringing us rain!' Rather, it is that for which you were impatient: a wind, within it a painful punishment.'" Then he would see droplets and calm down.
