5. Fasting
٥۔ كِتَابُ الصِّيَامِ
[Machine] If the Messenger of Allah ﷺ woke up in a state of impurity from his wives, he would still fast.
إِنْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَيُصْبِحُ جُنُبًا مِنْ نِسَائِهِ غَيْرِ حُلُمٍ وَيُصْبِحُ صَائِمًا»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to wake up in a state of janabah without having a wet dream, and then he would observe fasting.
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «يُصْبِحُ جُنُبًا مِنْ غَيْرِ حُلْمٍ ثُمَّ يَصُومُ»
[Machine] If the Messenger of Allah ﷺ woke up in the morning after having intimate relations with his wives without having a wet dream, he would perform ghusl (ritual bath) and complete his fast. Abu Zubair contradicted him.
إِنْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَيُصْبِحُ جُنُبًا مِنْ نِسَائِهِ غَيْرَ احْتِلَامٍ فَيَغْتَسِلُ وَيُتِمُّ صَوْمَهُ» خَالَفَهُ أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ
[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to wake up in a state of ritual impurity from his wives and then he would complete his fasting, that.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ «يُصْبِحُ جُنُبًا مِنْ نِسَائِهِ ثُمَّ يُتِمُّ صَوْمَهُ ذَلِكَ»
[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to wake up in a state of impurity from his wives, then he would complete his fast on that day.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ «يُصْبِحُ جُنُبًا مِنْ نِسَائِهِ ثُمَّ يُتِمُّ صَوْمَهُ ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمَ»
