5. Fasting
[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to go out for the Fajr prayer with his head dripping with water from performing ablution, and then he would begin his fast. My father narrated this to Marwan, who said to me, 'Go and inform Abu Huraira.' Abu Huraira said, 'He is how Aisha described.'"
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to wake up in a state of ritual impurity (junub), then he would perform the ritual ablution, and then he would go to the mosque with his head dripping from water, and then he would fast that day. I informed Marwan about what she (Aisha) said, and he told me to inform Abu Huraira about Aisha's words. So I said, "Indeed, he is my close friend, and I prefer that you excuse me." He said, "I have made up my mind about you." So I set out with him to Abu Huraira and informed him of what she said. Aisha then said, "In that case, I know better about the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ."
