‘More weak than Ya’qūb bin Atā ’?’ He said: ‘Yes’. Then he said: ‘I did not see anyone transmitting on authority of Muhammad bin Abd Allah bin Ubayd bin Umayr’.

ذُكِرَ عِنْدَهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ اللَّيْثِيُّ فَضَعَّفَهُ جِدًّا فَقِيلَ لِيَحْيَى أَضْعَفُ مِنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ نَعَمْ ثُمَّ قَالَ مَا كُنْتُ أُرَى أَنَّ أَحَدًا يَرْوِي عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ

A hadith like this has been narrated by 'Ubaidullah b. Umar with the the same chain of transmitters.

عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَهُ

Yahya related to me from Malik from Thawr ibn Zayd ad-Dili from Abdullah ibn Abbas the same as that.

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ

[Machine] "From Abdullah ibn Umar like that"

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ

[Machine] "From Abdullah Ibn Amr, similar to him..."

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو نَحْوَهُ

[Machine] From Ubaidullah ibn Umar, approximately.

عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ نَحْوَهُ

[Machine] Abdullah ibn Amr ibn Al-Aas wanted to...

أَرَادَ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ

[Machine] From Abdullah bin Umar, similar to him.

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ مِثْلَهُ

[Machine] From Umar ibn Abdul Aziz and Al-Hasan, similar to that.

عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ وَالْحَسَنِ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ

[Machine] "From Abdullah ibn Amr, the successor to this."

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو خِلَافُ هَذَا

[Machine] From Abdullah bin Amr, from his saying.
