ذِكْرُ اسْتِحْبَابِ التَّعْجِيلِ بِصَلَاةِ الْعَصْرِ

[Machine] Anas said, "I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ praying like this, so I will never abandon it."  

ابن حبّان:١٥١٤ – أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْبُخَارِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بِلَالٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بِلَالٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ يَحْيَى الْمَازِنِيِّ عَنْ خَلَّادِ بْنِ خَلَّادٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ قَالَ صَلَّيْنَا مَعَ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ يَوْمًا ثُمَّ دَخَلْنَا عَلَى أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ فَوَجَدْنَاهُ قَائِمًا يُصَلِّي فَلَمَّا انْصَرَفَ قُلْنَا يَا أَبَا حَمْزَةَ أَيُّ صَلَاةٍ صَلَّيْتَ؟ قَالَ الْعَصْرَ فَقُلْنَا إِنَّمَا انْصَرَفْنَا الْآنَ مِنَ الظُّهْرِ صَلَّيْنَاهَا مَعَ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ فَقَالَ

أَنَسٌ «إِنِّي رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يُصَلِّي هَكَذَا فَلَا أَتْرُكُهَا أَبَدًا»

This is how I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. (Using translation from Aḥmad 1372)  

الطبراني:٤٩٩٥ – حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْأَسْفَاطِيُّ ثنا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ السَّقَطِيُّ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَا ثنا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي زُرْعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَلْمَانَ الْمُؤَذِّنِ قَالَ «§تُوُفِّيَ أَبُو سَرِيحَةَ الْغِفَارِيُّ فَصَلَّى عَلَيْهِ زَيْدُ بْنُ أَرْقَمَ فَكَبَّرَ عَلَيْهِ أَرْبَعًا»

وَقَالَ «هَكَذَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يُصَلِّي»
