An deed that is not in harmony with the religion is rejected
I asked al-Qasim b. Muhammad about a man who has three dwellings and bequeathed one third of each dwelling. He said: All of that is combined into a single dwelling. Then he said: Aishah told me that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Whoever does a deed that is not in accordance with our command, it is rejected.”
Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi that the slave girls of Abdullah ibn Umar used to wash his feet and bring him a mat of palm leaves while they were menstruating. Malik was asked whether a man who had women and slavegirlscould have intercourse with all of them before he did ghusl. He said, "There is no harm in a man having intercourse with two of his slave girls before he does ghusl. It is disapproved of, however, to go to a freewoman on another's day. There is no harm in making love first to one slave girl and then to another when one is junub." Malik was asked about a man who was junub and water was put down for him to do ghusl with. Then he forgot and put his finger into it to find out whether it was hot or cold. Malik said, "If no filth has soiled his fingers, I do not consider that that makes the water impure."

Abu Al-Obaidain narrated from Abdullah ibn Masud that he was asked about a man who performed ablution and started with his left side, and he said, "There is no harm." Sulaiman ibn Musa narrated from Mujahid who said, "Abdullah said, 'There is no harm in starting with your feet before your hands.'" Ad-Daraqutni said, "This is a Mursal (a type of Hadith where the successor narrates directly from the Prophet without an intervening companion) and is not established because Mujahid did not meet Abdullah ibn Masud."

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ disliked that and prohibited it. This was narrated by Abdul Salam Ibn Harb from Khalid Al-Hathaa, from Abu Tamimah, from a man from his people who heard the Prophet ﷺ admonishing a man who said to his wife, "O sister!" This was also narrated by Abdul Aziz Ibn Al-Mukhtar from Khalid Al-Hathaa, from Abu Uthman, from Abu Tamimah, from the Prophet ﷺ . [Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ set out intending to go to Mecca, and when he was in a valley called Rawha, the people found a wild donkey tied up. They informed the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about it, and he said, "Leave it until its owner comes." Then Al-Bahziyy came and his donkey was with him. He said, "O Messenger of Allah, what is the matter with this donkey?" So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered Abu Bakr and he divided it among the companions, and they were in a state of Ihram (ritual consecration). The Prophet ﷺ then continued until they reached Al-Abwa, where they found a female deer standing under a tree, and there was an arrow in it. The Prophet ﷺ ordered a man to stay with it until the people passed by it.

[Machine] Hassan [the simple sea] , if you remember a longing from your brother of confidence then remember your brother Abu Bakr in what they did, the best of creation and the most just after the Prophet and the first of them in what they carried. And the second, the praised one, is his scene and the first of the people among them to believe in the messengers. He lived a praiseworthy life for the sake of Allah, following the guidance of his companion in the past and what they both handed down. The Sheikh said, it is also similar to seeking a precedent in the Banu Taym tribe, the patience of Abu Bakr As-Siddiq in a group of companions with the Messenger of Allah on the day of Uhud, among them Talhah bin Ubaydullah, who is also from the Taym tribe; for he is Talhah bin Ubaydullah bin Uthman bin Amr bin Ka'b bin Sa'd bin Taym bin Murrah. This genealogy was narrated to us by Abu Abdullah Al-Hafiz, who narrated from Abu Ja'far Al-Baghdadi, who narrated from Abu Ulatha, who narrated from his father, who narrated from Ibn Lahe'ah, who narrated from Abu Al-Aswad, who narrated from Urwah bin Az-Zubayr, who mentioned it. And Az-Zuhri and others also mentioned that Talhah showed patience with the Prophet on the day of Uhud, and Malik bin Zuhair threw a spear at the Messenger of Allah that day, so Talhah bin Ubaydullah protected the face of the Messenger of Allah with his hand, and his finger was injured. This is mentioned by Al-Waqidi with its chain of narration.

[Machine] A man from among the companions of the Prophet ﷺ used to constantly travel and engage in warfare, and his wife sent a maid with him. She said, "She will wash your head, serve you, and take care of your belongings, but she will not be for you as a wife." And indeed, his journey was extended. Because of that, he had a relationship with the maid. When it was over, the maid informed her mistress about it. Out of extreme jealousy and anger, she went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and informed him of what had happened. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to her, "If she was forced, then she is to be freed and he has to free a slave like her. But if it was done willingly and out of her own desire, then she belongs to him and he has to pay her the equal of her worth." And he did not establish a punishment for him. Al-Bukhari said, according to what I have heard, the most authentic narration of this incident is from the narration of Qabeesah.
