عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ طَلاَقَ قَبْلَ نِكَاحٍ وَلاَ عِتْقَ قَبْلَ مِلْكٍ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ طَلاَقَ قَبْلَ النِّكَاحِ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no divorce before marriage." Saheeh.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَا طَلَاقَ قَبْلَ النِّكَاحِ» صحيح
the Messenger of Allah said: “There is no marriage except with a guardian.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 1881)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَا طَلَاقَ قَبْلَ نِكَاحٍ»
"لا طَلاقَ قَبْلَ النِّكاح".
"لا طَلاقَ قَبْلَ النِّكاح، وَلا عَتَاقَ قَبْلَ مِلكٍ".
"لا طَلاقَ قَبْلَ نِكَاحٍ، وَلا عِتْقَ قَبْلَ مِلكٍ، وَلا رَضَاعَ بَعْدَ فِصَالٍ، وَلا وصَال فِي الصيام، وَلا صَمْتَ يَوم إِلَى اللَّيلِ".
