[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled in favor of the defendant and dismissed him based on the authentic narration of Nafi' ibn Umar. This applies to every person who is accused, except for those who have evidence supporting their claims.
[Machine] If a man controls his wife's affairs, then her rulings are valid unless she objects and says that she only wanted one divorce. In this case, he swears that this is the case and she returns to him.
[Machine] If a woman claims divorce against her husband and he denies it, he must swear by Allah that he did not do it.
