'Uthman bin Abi Al-As called for milk to be given to him (Mutarrif) to drink. Mutarrif said: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah say: 'Fasting is a shield like the shield of any one of you in battle."' [Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Dates and rocks are from Paradise."
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ الْعَجْوَةُ وَالصَّخْرَةُ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ
[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "The Ajwah date and the rock are from Paradise."
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «الْعَجْوَةُ وَالصَّخْرَةُ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ»
[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Fasting is a shield, like a shield of one of you in battle." And I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Fasting for three days every month is a good deed."
