I heard Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "If Allah wants to do good to a person, He makes him comprehend the religion. I am just a distributor, but the grant is from Allah. (And remember) that this nation (true Muslims) will keep on following Allah's teachings strictly and they will not be harmed by any one going on a different path till Allah's order (Day of Judgment) is established." سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ يُرِدِ اللَّهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا يُفَقِّهْهُ فِي الدِّينِ»

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ يُرِدِ اللَّهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا يُفَقِّهْهُ فِي الدِّينِ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, and so and so said?

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَقَالَ فُلَانٌ؟

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Indeed, in your wealth there is a right besides the obligatory charity (zakat)."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «إِنَّ فِي أَمْوَالِكُمْ حَقًّا سِوَى الزَّكَاةِ»

I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: One who wrongfully takes an extra tax (sahib maks) will not enter Paradise. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2937)

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ صَاحِبُ مَكْسٍ» قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد «يَعْنِي عَشَّارًا»

"I heard the Messenger of Allah say: 'The hand is not to be cut off for (stealing) produce or the spadix of palm trees."' (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4960)

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «لَا قَطْعَ فِي ثَمَرٍ وَلَا كَثَرٍ»

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Only a wrongdoer hoards." (It was said) twice.

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «لَا يَحْتَكِرُ إِلَّا خَاطِئٌ» مَرَّتَيْنِ

I will not go away unless you get yourself cupped, for I heard Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: It is a remedy. (Using translation from Muslim 2205a)

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ إِنَّ فِيهِ الشِّفَاءَ

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "A person is with the one they love."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ الْعَبْدُ مَعَ مَنْ أَحَبَّ

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Whoever abandons a Dinar is sinning."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنْ تَرَكَ دِينَارًافَهُوَ كَيَّةٌ

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Each servant has a bird on their neck."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ طَيْرُ كُلِّ عَبْدٍ فِي عُنُقِهِ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The one who fasts."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ السَّائِمَةُ

"I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: 'Perform Wudu' from that which has been touched by fire.'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 171)

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ تَوَضَّئُوا مِمَّا غَيَّرَتِ النَّارُ لَوْنَهُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, the least inhabitants of Paradise are women."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ أَقَلَّ سَاكِنِي أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ النِّسَاءُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Verily, usury is only in women."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّمَا الرِّبَا فِي النَّسَاءِ

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Indeed, he is one of the ten in Paradise."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ إِنَّهُ عَاشِرُ عَشَرَةٍ فِي الْجَنَّةِ

[AI] And he said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'Make your graves level with the ground.'"

وَقَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ سَوُّوا قُبُورَكُمْ بِالْأَرْضِ

I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say. . . He then mentioned the tradition to the same effect. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4492)

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying something similar to that.

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ

"No one hoards but a sinner."' (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2154)

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لَا يَحْتَكِرُ إِلَّا خَاطِئٌ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, I do not shake hands with women."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنِّي لَسْتُ أُصَافِحُ النِّسَاءَ

[AI] "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'Indeed, the punishment of this Ummah (nation) has been placed in its worldly life.'"

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «إِنَّ عَذَابَ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ جُعِلَ فِي دُنْيَاهَا»

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "The punishment of my ummah (nation) is in this world."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «عَذَابُ أُمَّتِي فِي دُنْيَاهَا»

I heard Allah's Apostle ﷺ as saying. Every servant would be raised (in the same very state) in which he dies. (Using translation from Muslim 2878a)

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «يُبْعَثُ كُلُّ عَبْدٍ عَلَى مَا مَاتَ»

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "The person who hoards will not enter Paradise." Yazid bin Harun said, "He means the one who engages in usury."

“I asked Jabir bin ‘Abdullah about hyenas: ‘Are they game (that can be hunted)?’ He said: ‘Yes.’ I said: ‘Can I eat them?’ He said: ‘Yes.’ I said: ‘Is this something that you heard from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ?’ He said: ‘Yes.’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3236)

قُلْتُ أَيُؤْكَلُ الضَّبُعُ؟ قَالَ «نَعَمْ» قُلْتُ أَصَيْدٌ هِيَ؟ قَالَ أَسَمِعْتَهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ؟ قَالَ «نَعَمْ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The taker and the giver are equal in interest."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «الْآخِذُ وَالْمُعْطِي سَوَاءٌ فِي الرِّبَا»

"Aishah told me that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'There is no divorce and no manumission at the time of coercion.' " (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2046)

أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «لَا طَلَاقَ وَلَا عَتَاقَ فِي إِغْلَاقٍ»

“Whoever dies knowing that there is no god but Allah will enter Paradise.” (Using translation from Aḥmad 464)

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ مَاتَ وَهُوَ يَعْلَمُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ»

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Remorse is repentance." He (the person being addressed) said, "Yes."

سَمِعْتَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «النَّدَمُ تَوْبَةٌ»؟ قَالَ نَعَمْ

his grandfather said: "The Messenger of Allah (saas) said: 'I seek the forgivenenss of Allah and repent to Him seventy times each day.'" (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3816)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «إِنِّي لَأَتُوبُ فِي الْيَوْمِ سَبْعِينَ مَرَّةً»

“Whoever is killed defending his property, he is a martyr.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2580)

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ»

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ naming the city Tabah.

«سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ سَمَّى الْمَدِينَةَ طَابَةَ»

[AI] "And I heard Ibn Umar saying, 'Indeed, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave them permission.'"

وَسَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ «إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ رَخَّصَ لَهُنَّ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, the greatest charity a person can give is to support his parents."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ عَمَّ الرَّجُلِ صِنْوُ أَبِيهِ»

Amongst the inmates of Paradise the women would form a minority. (Using translation from Muslim 2738a)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ أَقَلَّ سَاكِنِي الْجَنَّةِ النِّسَاءُ»

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "O Amr, you possess wise judgment in Islam."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «يَا عَمْرُو إِنَّكَ لَذُو رَأْيٍ رَشِيدٍ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ»

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ قَاتَلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ حَتَّى يُقْتَلَ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ»

"I heard the Messenger of Allah [SAW] say: 'Whoever fights to protect his wealth and is killed, he is a martyr.'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4084)
