عَنْ كِرَاءِ الأَرْضِ
"Ibn 'Umar used to take rent for some land, then he heard something from Rafi' bin Khadij. He took me by the hand and went off to Rafi', and I was with him. Rafi' narrated to him from some of his paternal uncles, that the Messenger of Allah forbade leasing land, so 'Abdullah stopped (doing that) afterward."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ كِرَاءِ الأَرْضِ فَتَرَكَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بَعْدُ
It was narrated from Nafi' that Rafi' bin Khadij told 'Abdullah bin 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah forbade leasing arable land.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ كِرَاءِ الْمَزَارِعِ
I read out (this tradition) to Sa'id b. Ya'qub al-Taliqini, and I said to him: Ibn al-Mubarak transmitted (this tradition) to you from Sa'id Abi Shuja' who said: 'Uthman b. Sahl b. Rafi' b. Khadij narrated it to me saying: I was an orphan being nourished under the guardianship of Rafi' b. Khadij and I performed Hajj with him. My brother 'Imran b. Sahl then came to me and said: We rented out land to so-and-so for two hundred dirhams. He said: Leave it, for the Prophet ﷺ forbade renting land.
دَعْهُ فَإِنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ كِرَاءِ الأَرْضِ
Yahya related to me from Malik from Abu'n-Nadr, the mawla of Umar ibn Ubaydullah, from Sulayman ibn Yasar that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade fasting on the days of Mina.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ صِيَامِ أَيَّامِ مِنًى
Yahya related to me from Malik that he had heard that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade two sales in one sale.

«كُنَّا نُكْرِي الْأَرْضَ فَنَهَانَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ ذَلِكَ»
He then went to him along with me. He (Rafi) narrated from some of his uncles in which it was mentioned that Allah's Apostle ﷺ forbade the renting of land. Ibn 'Umar (Allah be pleased with them) then abandoned this practice of renting. (Using translation from Muslim 1547h)
