[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ passed by a field and asked, "Whose field is this?" They replied, "It belongs to so and so, and the land belongs to so and so." He forbade this and said, "Whoever has land should cultivate it or give it to his brother as a gift."  

الطبراني:٤٤٤٦حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثنا وَهْبُ بْنُ بَقِيَّةَ أَنَا خَالِدٌ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الطَّوِيلِ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ مَرَّ بِزَرْعٍ فَقَالَ «لِمَنْ هَذَا الزَّرْعُ؟» قَالُوا لِفُلَانٍ وَالْأَرْضُ لِفُلَانٍ فَنَهَى عَنْ ذَلِكَ وَقَالَ «مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا أَوْ لِيَمْنَحْهَا أَخَاهُ»
