"مَنْ سَرَّهُ إِذَا رَأَتْهُ الرِّجَالُ مُقْبِلًا أَنْ يمْثُلُوا لَهُ قِيامًا فَلْيتَبوأ بَيتًا في النَّارِ".  

[طب] الطبرانى في الكبير وابن جرير، [كر] ابن عساكر في تاريخه عن معاوية، ولفظ [كر] ابن عساكر في تاريخه "بنى الله له بيتًا في النَّار"

AbuMijlaz said: Mu'awiyah went out to Ibn az-Zubayr and Ibn Amir. Ibn Amir got up and Ibn az-Zubayr remained sitting. Mu'awiyah said to Ibn Amir: Sit down, for I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: Let him who likes people to stand up before him prepare his place in Hell. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 5229)   

أحمد:١٦٩١٨ – حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ الْفَزَارِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا حَبِيبُ بْنُ الشَّهِيدِ عَنْ أَبِي مِجْلَزٍ قَالَ خَرَجَ مُعَاوِيَةُ فَقَامُوا لَهُ فَقَالَ

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: "Whoever likes to have the people stand up for him, let him take his place in the fire."

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever is pleased that when he is seen by men he be imitated by them in standing up, then he should take his place in the fire".

[Machine] Muawiyah entered a house where Abdullah ibn 'Amir and Ibn Zubayr were present. Ibn Zubayr sat down while Abdullah ibn 'Amir stood up. Muawiyah said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'Whoever is pleased to have men stand up for him, let him take his seat in the Fire.'"
