17. Chapter of Ṭā (Male)
[Machine] I was in the market of Al-Majaz when a young man passed by wearing a red cloak. He was saying, "O people, say there is no god but Allah, and you will be successful." A man behind him threw stones at him, causing his face and legs to bleed, saying, "O people, he is a liar, so do not obey him." So I asked, "Who is this?" They said, "This is the son of Hashim's slave girl, who claims to be the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , and this is his uncle 'Abdul-'Uzza." When Muhammad ﷺ migrated to Medina and the people embraced Islam, we also left our tribe with our property. When we arrived at Medina and were near its walls, we changed our clothes to different ones. Then, a man on the road asked, "From where have the people come?" We said, "We are from the tribe of Na'mir and we have a red camel standing with a slit ear." He asked, "Are you selling your camel?" We said, "Yes." He asked, "For how much?" We replied, "For such and such a measure of dates." He did not reduce anything from our words and hit his hand. He then took the reins of our camel and turned away with it. When he disappeared from our sight behind the walls, we said, "By Allah, we have not done anything wrong and we have given our pledge to a person we do not know." Then a woman sitting there said, "I have seen a man whose face resembles a full moon. By Allah, he will neither oppress you nor disappoint you. I guarantee your camel." Then, a man came and said, "I am the Messenger, the Messenger of Allah, to you. This is your camel's provision, so eat, be satisfied, and store some." So we ate, were satisfied, stored some, and entered the mosque. We found him delivering a sermon from the pulpit. We heard him saying, "Give charity, as charity is beneficial for you. The upper hand is better than the lower hand. Begin by giving to those you have obligations towards, such as your father, mother, sister, brother, and the closest relatives." So a man from the Ansar stood up and said, "O Messenger of Allah, these are the sons of Yarbu' who killed one of us during the pre-Islamic period. Should we still fulfill our obligations towards them?" The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said three times, "Indeed, a father does not inherit from his child."

[Machine] "Our dye during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was the wers and saffron."
[Machine] Which son of mine did you pray behind the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, Abu Bakr, and Umar, and not see any of them committed innovation? He repeated it three times.
“I said to my father: ‘O my father! You prayed behind the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and behind Abu Bakr, ‘Umar and ‘Uthman, and behind ‘Ali here in Kufah for about five years. Did they recite Qunut in Fajr?’ He said: ‘O my son! That is an innovation.’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 1241)
The Prophet ﷺ said, "Name yourselves after me (by my name), but do not call yourselves by my Kuniya, and whoever sees me in a dream, he surely sees me, for Satan cannot impersonate me (appear in my figure). And whoever intentionally ascribes something to me falsely, he will surely take his place in the (Hell) Fire. (Using translation from Bukhārī 6197)
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Whoever tells a lie about me deliberately, let him take his place in Hell.” (Using translation from Aḥmad 584)
“Nabidh would be made for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in a vessel of stone.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3400)
[Machine] Al-Qa'nabi reported that Marwan ibn Mu'awiya reported from Abu Malik al-Ash'ari from his father who said, "We used to visit the Prophet ﷺ and a man would come, and then a woman would come and they would ask, 'O Messenger of Allah, how should I say when I pray?' He would say, 'O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, guide me, and provide for me, for you have gathered both my worldly life and my hereafter.'"
[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ teaching those who embraced Islam to say: "Say: O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, and provide for me." Then he said: "Those who gather these (good deeds) have collected the best of this world and the Hereafter."
when a man had come to the Messenger of Allah (saas), he heard him say: "O Messenger of Allah, what should I say when I ask of Allah?" He said: "Say: Allahumma-ghfirli warhamni wa 'afini warzuqni (O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, keep me safe and sound and grant me provision)," and he held up his four fingers apart from the thumb and said: "These combine your religious and worldly affairs." (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3845)
[Machine] "When a man embraced Islam during the time of the Prophet ﷺ , they would teach him the prayer."
[Machine] I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ performing Tawaf around the Kaaba. When the people crowded around the Black Stone, he touched it with a staff in his hand.
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said: "Whoever prays the Fajr prayer, he is under the protection of Allah and his account is upon Allah."
[Machine] "I prayed behind the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and behind Abu Bakr, and behind Umar, and behind Ali, and none of them performed a more concealed prayer than the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in completeness."
[Machine] He heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Whoever says there is no god except Allah and disbelieves in anything worshipped besides Allah, Allah has made his wealth and blood sacred and his reckoning is upon Allah."
Abu Hurairah reported the Apostle of Allaah ﷺ as saying “ I am commanded to fight with men till they testify that there is no god but Allaah, when they do that they will keep their life and property safe from me, except what is due to them. (i.e., life and property) and their reckoning will be at Allaah’s hands.” (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2640)
[Machine] I heard the Prophet ﷺ saying, "Whoever declares the oneness of Allah, but disbelieves in whatever is worshiped besides Allah, their wealth, blood, and deeds are prohibited and their reckoning is with Allah."
[Machine] He heard the Prophet ﷺ saying, "Whoever worships Allah alone and disbelieves in what is worshiped besides Allah, Allah has forbidden his wealth, his blood, and his account is with Allah."
[Machine] Narrated by Prophet Muhammad ﷺ , he said, "The killing of my companions suffices."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The killing is enough for my companions."
[Machine] Narrated by the Prophet ﷺ , he said, "There is no servant who prostrates and says, 'O Lord, forgive me,' three times, except that he is forgiven before raising his head."
[Machine] "We used to sit with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ when we were young boys. I have never seen a man who would remain silent for longer periods than the Messenger of Allah ﷺ . And when his companions spoke, they would speak more, he would smile."
The Prophet ﷺ said: Hospitality extend for three days, and what goes beyond that is sadaqah (charity). (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3749)
The Prophet ﷺ said, Enjoining, all that is good is a Sadaqa." (Using translation from Bukhārī 6021)
