«نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ النَّخْلِ حَتَّى تُطْعَمَ»

Jabir b. Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) reported that Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade leasing of land, and selling ahead for years and selling of fruits before they become ripe.
نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْ كِرَاءِ الأَرْضِ وَعَنْ بَيْعِهَا السِّنِينَ وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يَطِيبَ
"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited selling date-palms until they have blossomed."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ النَّخْلِ حَتَّى يَزْهُوَ
