Jabir b. 'Abdullah related that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, and he related like this.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

'Ali b. Abu Talib reported that he (Allah'. s Apostle) forbade or forbade me. the rest of the hadith is the same.

نَهَى أَوْ نَهَانِي يَعْنِي النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

The similitude of mine and that of the Apostles; the rest of the hadith is the same.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَثَلِي وَمَثَلُ النَّبِيِّينَ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Anas through another chain of transmitters.

عَنْ أَنَسٍ بِنَحْوِهِ

This hadith has been transmitted on the authority of Abu Musa with a slight variation of wording.

بَيْنَمَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

The above mentioned tradition has also been transmitted in a similar manner by Ibn 'Abbas from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: He then mentioned the rest of the tradition to the same effect as mentioned by Sufyan.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَى حَدِيثِ سُفْيَانَ

The tradition mentioned above has also been transmitted by Al-Bara’ (b. ‘Azib) from the prophet (May peace be upon him) through a different chain of narrators is a similar way.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

The tradition mentioned above has also been transmitted by Anas b. Malik from the Prophet ﷺ through a different chain of narrators in a similar way.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَثَلُ الْجَلِيسِ الصَّالِحِ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

and he mentioned a similar narration and added: "with humility" to it.

عَنْ أَبِيهِ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ وَزَادَ فِيهِ مُتَخَشِّعًا

"That the Prophet ordered." And he mentioned similarly.

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَمَرَ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

"When the son of Adam wakes up in the morning, all of his body parts bow to the tongue and say: 'Fear Allah regarding us, we are only part of you. If you are straight we are straight and if you are crooked we are crooked."

إِذَا أَصْبَحَ ابْنُ آدَمَ فَإِنَّ الأَعْضَاءَ كُلَّهَا تُكَفِّرُ اللِّسَانَ فَتَقُولُ اتَّقِ اللَّهَ فِينَا فَإِنَّمَا نَحْنُ بِكَ فَإِنِ اسْتَقَمْتَ اسْتَقَمْنَا وَإِنِ اعْوَجَجْتَ اعْوَجَجْنَا

"I heard Ibrahim (narrate) from 'Alqamah and Al-Aswad from 'Abdullah," and he narrated something similar.

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

"I came to the Messenger of Allah" and he mentioned something similar.

أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

[AI] "From Abu Dharr, towards him."

عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ نَحْوَهُ

"I came to the Messenger of Allah" and he mentioned something similar. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4176)

أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

[AI] "From Aisha in his way"

عَنْ عَائِشَةَ بِنَحْوِهِ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: He then mentioned the rest of the tradition to the same effect as mentioned by Sufyan. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4540)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَ الْحَدِيثِ

The above mentioned tradition has also been transmitted in a similar manner by Ibn 'Abbas from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1491)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

[AI] About Aisha, he mentioned her without any doubt.

عَنْ عَائِشَةَ فَذَكَرَهُ وَلَمْ يَشُكَّ

[AI] And about Aisha, he mentioned her without doubting.

وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ فَذَكَرَهُ وَلَمْ يَشُكَّ

[AI] About his father, so he mentioned the saying.

عَنْ أَبِيهِ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

The above mentioned tradition has also been transmitted in a similar manner by Ibn 'Abbas from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1491)

يَقُولُقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

[AI] About his father, so he mentioned him.

عَنِ أَبِيهِ فَذَكَرَهُ

I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say. . . He then mentioned the tradition to the same effect. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4492)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ

[AI] About Abu Sa'id, he mentioned something similar to it.

عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

[AI] Anas mentioned something similar to it.

عَنْ أَنَسٍ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: He then mentioned the rest of the tradition to the same effect as mentioned by Sufyan. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4540)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ

[AI] From his father, something like it.

عَنْ أَبِيهِ نَحْوَهُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "He who does not enter the Fire (Hell), similar to it is mentioned."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا يَلِجُ النَّارَ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: He then mentioned the rest of the tradition to the same effect as mentioned by Sufyan. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4540)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: He then mentioned the rest of the tradition to the same effect as mentioned by Sufyan. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4540)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ

The above mentioned tradition has also been transmitted in a similar manner by Ibn 'Abbas from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1491)

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ يَا بِلَالُ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say. . . He then mentioned the tradition to the same effect. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4492)

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ قَالَ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ

[AI] About his father, so he mentioned something similar to it.

عَنْ أَبِيهِ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

[AI] About Ibn Ka'b, he mentioned something similar to it.

عَنِ ابْنِ كَعْبٍ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

[AI] About Aisha, he mentioned something similar to it.

عَنْ عَائِشَةَ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

[AI] "He asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , and he mentioned something similar to it."

أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

[AI] About Aisha, he mentioned his intention.

عَنْ عَائِشَةَ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ

The above hadith has been narrated through several other chains of transmitters. (Using translation from Muslim 2327b)

عَنْ عَائِشَةَ نَحْوَهُ

[AI] "About his father, similar to it (or like it)."

عَنْ أَبِيهِ نَحْوَهُ

The above mentioned tradition has also been transmitted in a similar manner by Ibn 'Abbas from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1491)

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

So he mentioned it in similar wording.

فَذَكَرَهُ بِنَحْوِهِ

[AI] From Abu Hurairah, he mentioned the Hadith in its form.

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ بِنَحْوِهِ

عَن أَنَس بنحوه

عَنْ أَنَسٍ بِنَحْوِهِ

عَن أَنَس بنحوه

عَن أَنَس بنحوه

[AI] About Sufyan, so he mentioned them.

عَنْ سُفْيَانَ فَذَكَرَهُنَّ

[AI] Sufyan narrated it in a similar way.

ثنا سُفْيَانُ فَذَكَرَهُ بِنَحْوِهِ

The above mentioned tradition has also been transmitted in a similar manner by Ibn 'Abbas from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1491)

فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ مَوْقُوفًا
