Boasting about mosques is from the signs of the Last Hour

abudawud:449 – Muḥammad b. ʿAbdullāh al-Khuzāʿī > Ḥammād b. Salamah > Ayyūb > Abū Qilābah > Anas And Qatādah > Anas

The Prophet ﷺ said: The Last Hour will not come until people vie with one another about mosques.  

أبو داود:٤٤٩ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْخُزَاعِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ أَبِي قِلاَبَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ وَقَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ
