Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The seller and the buyer have the option of canceling or confirming the deal unless they separate, or one of them says to the other, 'Choose (i.e. decide to cancel or confirm the bargain now)." Perhaps he said, 'Or if it is an optional sale.' " Ibn ʿUmar, Shuraih, Ash-Shuʿbi, Tawus, Ata, and Ibn Abu Mulaika agree upon this judgment.  

قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا أَوْ يَقُولُ أَحَدُهُمَا لِصَاحِبِهِ اخْتَرْ وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ أَوْ يَكُونُ بَيْعَ خِيَارٍ  

"Nafi narrated to me from Ibn 'Umar, tht the Messenger of Allah said: 'the two parties to a transaction both have the choice so long as they have not separated, or they have chosen." (Sahih )  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَفْتَرِقَا أَوْ يَكُونَ خِيَارًا  

"The Messenger of Allah said: "The two parties to a transaction both have the choice who long as they have not separated or one of them says to the other: 'Decide!"' (Sahih )  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَفْتَرِقَا أَوْ يَقُولَ أَحَدُهُمَا لِلآخَرِ اخْتَرْ  

"Two traders have the choice as long as they have not separated, or, they have chosen to conclude the transaction."  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا أَوْ يَكُونَ بَيْعُهُمَا عَنْ خِيَارٍ  

”The two parties to a transaction have the choice (of annulling it) so long as they have not yet parted."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا  

"The two parties to a transaction have the choice (of annulling it) so long as they have not yet parted. "  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا  

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “The two parties to a transaction have the option (of cancelling it) so long as they have not parted or there is a condition which gives the option to cancel.ʿ  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْمُتَبَايِعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا أَوْ يَكُونُ الْبَيْعُ خِيَارًا  

"The Messenger of Allah said: "The two parties to a transaction both have the choice who long as they have not separated or one of them says to the other: 'Decide!"' (Sahih ) (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4469)

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The seller and the buyer have the right to keep or return goods as long as they have not parted or till they part; and if both the parties spoke the truth and described the defects and qualities (of the goods), then they would be blessed in their transaction, and if they told lies or hid something, then the blessings of their transaction would be lost." (Using translation from Bukhārī 2079)  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا»

البَيِّعَان بالخيار ما لم يَتَفَرَّقا" .  

"البَيِّعَان بالخِيار ما لمْ يَتَفَّرَقَا أو يقول أَحدهما لصَاحِبهِ اخْتَرْ".  

"البَيِّعانِ بالخِيارِ مَا لمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا إِلَّا أَنْ يكونَ بَيعُهُما بالخِيَارِ".
