Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I do not take my meals while leaning (against something).

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ آكُلُ مُتَّكِئًا

I do not eat while reclining.

[Machine] The messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "He is like him."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مِثْلَهُ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Modesty is entirely good."

Anas b. Malik asked me the cause of death of Yahya b. 'Abu 'Amra. I said: (He died) of plague. He said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said that death by plague is martyrdom for a Muslim. (Using translation from Muslim 1916a)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الطَّاعُونُ شَهَادَةٌ لِكُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ

The Prophet ﷺ said: Islam does not allow for failure to perform the hajj. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1729)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَا صَرُورَةَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The taker and the giver are equal in interest."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «الْآخِذُ وَالْمُعْطِي سَوَاءٌ فِي الرِّبَا»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Do not urinate while standing."

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Exercise patience and you will gain more forbearance."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أَعْتِمُوا تَزْدَادُوا حِلْمًا»

The Prophet ﷺ said: Do not curse the cock, for it awakens for prayer. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 5101)

The Prophet ﷺ said, Enjoining, all that is good is a Sadaqa." (Using translation from Bukhārī 6021)

Qays ibn Talq said: Talq ibn Ali visited us on a certain day during Ramadan. He remained with us till evening and broke fast with us. He then stood up and led us in the witr prayer. He then went to his mosque and led them in prayer. When the witr remained, he put forward another man and said: Lead your companions in the witr prayer, for I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: There are no two witrs during one night. [Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Do not catch the plague."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا تَلَقَّوُا الْجَلَبَ»

The Prophet ﷺ said, Enjoining, all that is good is a Sadaqa." (Using translation from Bukhārī 6021)
