'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) said that the Prophet ﷺ forbade to observe fast on two days-the day of Fitr and the day of Adha.  

مسلم:١١٤٠ – وَحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا سَعْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ أَخْبَرَتْنِي عَمْرَةُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ قَالَتْ

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْ صَوْمَيْنِ يَوْمِ الْفِطْرِ وَيَوْمِ الأَضْحَى

ابن ماجة:١٧٢١ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَعْلَى التَّيْمِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ قَزَعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ نَهَى عَنْ صَوْمِ يَوْمِ الْفِطْرِ وَيَوْمِ الأَضْحَى  

malik:18-39 – Yaḥyá > Mālik > Muḥammad b. Yaḥyá b. Ḥabbān > al-Aʿraj > Abū Hurayrah

Yahya related to me from Malik from Muhammad ibn Yahya ibn Habban from alAraj from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade fasting on two days, the day of Fitr and the day of Adha.  

مالك:١٨-٣٩ – حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ صِيَامِ يَوْمَيْنِ يَوْمِ الْفِطْرِ وَيَوْمِ الأَضْحَى  

malik:20-138 – Yaḥyá > Mālik > Abū al-Naḍr a freed slave of ʿUmar b. ʿUbaydullāh > Sulaymān b. Yasār

Yahya related to me from Malik from Abu'n-Nadr, the mawla of Umar ibn Ubaydullah, from Sulayman ibn Yasar that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade fasting on the days of Mina.  

مالك:٢٠-١٣٨ – حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ أَبِي النَّضْرِ مَوْلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ صِيَامِ أَيَّامِ مِنًى  

malik:20-140 – Mālik > Muḥammad b. Yaḥyá b. Ḥabbān > al-Aʿraj > Abū Hurayrah

Yahya related to me from Malik from Muhammad ibn Yahya ibn Habban from al-Araj from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade fasting on two days - the day of the Id al-Fitr and the day of the Id al-Adha.

nasai-kubra:2806 – ʿImrān b. Mūsá > Yazīd > Ibn Zurayʿ > Hishām > Qatādah > Qazaʿah > Abū Saʿīd
