[Machine] "The Prophet ﷺ said, 'I am the first to knock on the door of Paradise and shake its ring.' Anas said, 'It was as if I could see the hand of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ shaking it.' Sufyan described it to us in this way, and Abu Abdullah gathered his fingers and shook them. Thabit asked him, 'Did the hand of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ touch your hand?' He replied, 'Yes.' Thabit said, 'Then give it to me so that I may kiss it.'"

The Apostle of Allah ﷺ said: I would be the first intercessor in the Paradise and no apostle amongst the apostles has been testified (by such a large number of people) as I have been testified. And verily there woald be an apostle among the apostles who would be testified to by only one man from his people. (Using translation from Muslim 196c)

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Indeed, I am the foremost among people whose skulls will split open on the Day of Resurrection, and there will be no pride in that. I will be given the banner of praise, and there will be no pride in that. I am the leader of mankind on the Day of Resurrection, and there will be no pride in that. I am the first to enter Paradise on the Day of Resurrection, and there will be no pride in that. I will come to the gate of Paradise and take hold of its ring, and they will ask, 'Who is this?' I will say, 'I am Muhammad.' So they will open it for me and I will enter, then I will find the All-Mighty facing me. I will prostrate to Him, and He will say, 'Raise your head, O Muhammad, and speak, your voice will be heard; intercede, your intercession will be accepted.' So I will raise my head and say, 'My Ummah, my Ummah, O Lord!' And He will say, 'Go to your Ummah, and whoever among them has an atom's weight of faith in his heart, bring him forth into Paradise.' So I will go and bring forth anyone I find in their heart an atom's weight of faith in them and admit them to Paradise. Then I will return and bring forth anyone I find in their heart an atom's weight of mustard seed of faith in them, and admit them to Paradise. Then I will return and bring forth anyone I find in their heart an atom's weight of faith in them, and admit them to Paradise. Then the reckoning of the people will be concluded, and anyone who remains from my Ummah will be admitted to the Fire along with the people of the Fire. Then the people of the Fire will say, 'What benefit did it bring you that you used to worship Allah and not associate anything with Him?' And the All-Mighty will say, 'By My Might and Majesty, I will indeed bring forth those of them who used to worship Me, and not associate anything with Me.' So He will send for them and they will come out of the Fire, and by that time they will be like burnt seeds, and they will enter the River of Life, and they will grow in it as a seed grows in the silt carried by floodwater. Then they will be recorded as being among the freed slaves of Allah, and He will take them away and admit them to Paradise. Then the people of Paradise will say, 'They are the people who were destined for Hell.' And the All-Mighty will say, 'Rather, they are the freed slaves of the All-Mighty.'"

[Machine] Gabriel ﷺ came down to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , split open his chest, and said, "In his heart is a vessel containing two ears for hearing and two eyes for seeing. Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, upright in character, and your speech is truthful. Your soul is at peace." Abu Muhammad Waki' said, "meaning strong."

darimi:55ʿAbdullāh b. Ṣāliḥ > Muʿāwiyah > ʿUrwah b. Rūwaym > ʿAmr b. Qays

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, Allah has granted me knowledge of the deceased's lifespan and has shortened my lifespan. So we are the last to come and the first to be resurrected on the Day of Judgment. And I say, without boasting, that Ibrahim, the friend of Allah, and Musa, the chosen one of Allah, and I, the beloved of Allah, will be together on the Day of Judgment along with the banner of praise. Indeed, Allah Almighty has promised me regarding my Ummah and has granted them three things: He will not annihilate them with a sudden calamity, He will not allow their enemy to completely overpower them, and He will not gather them on misguidance."

[Machine] And Ghayr Muhammad Salamah Al-Sakooni said, "While we were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , a person asked, 'O Messenger of Allah, have you been provided with food from the sky?' He said, 'Yes, I have been provided with food.' The person asked, 'O Prophet of Allah, was there any blessing in it?' He said, 'Yes.' The person asked, 'So, what was done with it?' He said, 'It was lifted up to the sky. I have been revealed that my stay among you is only for a little while, and then you will continue to say, "When will he die? When will he die?" Then some of you will come to me as representatives, and they will cause some of you to perish, and this will happen before the Day of Judgment, through severe calamities and years of earthquakes.'"

They continued to share it until noon the next day, with some people standing and others sitting. A man asked Sumarah ibn Jundub, "Wasn't it enough?" Sumarah replied, "What surprises you? It was enough only from here," and he pointed with his hand towards the sky.

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to eat gifts and not accept charity. A woman from the Jews of Khaybar presented him with a roasted sheep as a gift, so he ate from it and also gave some to Bishr bin al-Bara'ah. Then the Prophet ﷺ raised his hand and said, "This sheep informs me that it is poisoned." Bishr bin al-Bara'ah died from the poison. The Prophet ﷺ sent a message to the woman saying, "What made you do what you did?" She replied, "If you are a prophet, it would not harm you, and if you are a king, I would save the people from you." In his illness, the Prophet ﷺ said, "I still feel the effects of the food I ate in Khaybar. This is the time when my aorta will be severed."

Jabir ibn Abdullah used to say that a Jewess from the inhabitants of Khaybar poisoned a roasted sheep and presented it to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ who took its foreleg and ate from it. A group of his companions also ate with him. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then said: Take your hands away (from the food). The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then sent someone to the Jewess and he called her. He said to her: Have you poisoned this sheep? The Jewess replied: Who has informed you? He said: This foreleg which I have in my hand has informed me. She said: Yes. He said: What did you intend by it? She said: I thought if you were a prophet, it would not harm you; if you were not a prophet, we should rid ourselves of him (i.e. the Prophet). The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then forgave her, and did not punish her. But some of his companions who ate it, died. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ had himself cupped on his shoulder on account of that which he had eaten from the sheep. AbuHind cupped him with the horn and knife. He was a client of Banu Bayadah from the Ansar. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4510)

When Khaibar was conquered, a roasted poisoned sheep was presented to the Prophet ﷺ as a gift (by the Jews). The Prophet ﷺ ordered, "Let all the Jews who have been here, be assembled before me." The Jews were collected and the Prophet ﷺ said (to them), "I am going to ask you a question. Will you tell the truth?" They said, "Yes." The Prophet ﷺ asked, "Who is your father?" They replied, "So-and-so." He said, "You have told a lie; your father is so-and-so." They said, "You are right." He said, "Will you now tell me the truth, if I ask you about something?" They replied, "Yes, O Abu Al-Qasim; and if we should tell a lie, you can realize our lie as you have done regarding our father." On that he asked, "Who are the people of the (Hell) Fire?" They said, "We shall remain in the (Hell) Fire for a short period, and after that you will replace us." The Prophet ﷺ said, "You may be cursed and humiliated in it! By Allah, we shall never replace you in it." Then he asked, "Will you now tell me the truth if I ask you a question?" They said, "Yes, O Abu Al-Qasim." He asked, "Have you poisoned this sheep?" They said, "Yes." He asked, "What made you do so?" They said, "We wanted to know if you were a liar in which case we would get rid of you, and if you are a prophet then the poison would not harm you." (Using translation from Bukhārī 3169)

So I went with him in the middle of the night. When he stood near them, he said, "Peace be upon you, O people of the graves! May Allah honor you with what He honors those who have passed before you. If you knew what Allah has saved you from, the trials (and tribulations) to come would appear to you like the darkest part of the night. It (the trials) will follow one after another, each worse than the previous one. Then he turned towards me and said, 'O Abu Muwayhibah, I have been given the keys to the treasures of the world, and the keys to eternal life in it, then Paradise. I was given the choice between that and meeting my Lord.' I said, 'May my father and mother be sacrificed for you, take the keys to the treasures of the world, and the keys to eternal life in it, then Paradise.' He said, 'No, by Allah, O Abu Muwayhibah, I have chosen to meet my Lord.' Then he sought forgiveness for the people of Al-Baqi' and left. Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ began to feel the pain in which he died.

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said during his illness, "Pour seven buckets of water from seven different wells on me, until I go out to the people and make a pledge to them." So, we sat him in a container for Hafsah, his wife, and poured water on him in abundance or sprinkled it on him from Mohammad bin Ishaq. He found relief and went out and climbed the pulpit, praised Allah and spoke highly of Him, sought forgiveness for the martyrs of Uhud, and prayed for them. Then he said, "As for what follows, the Ansar, who sheltered me and supported me, have some faults. Honor their noble people and overlook their wrongdoers, except for certain limits. Indeed, a servant of Allah was given the choice between this world and what lies with Allah, so he chose what lies with Allah." Abu Bakr cried and thought that the Prophet was referring to himself.

They said, 'Verily, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ did not die, but his soul ascended as Moses's soul ascended.' Umar stood up and said, 'Verily, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ did not die, but his soul ascended as Moses's soul ascended. By Allah, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ does not die until he cuts off the hands and tongues of nations.' Umar continued to speak until his saliva overflowed, more than what he usually promised. Al-Abbas stood up and said, 'Verily, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ has indeed passed away, and he was a human being. And indeed, he may become weary just as humans become weary, O people! So bury your companion, for he is more honored by Allah than to be put to death twice – to kill one of you is death, and to kill him twice while he is more honored by Allah than that?' O people! Bury your companion. If he is as you say, then it is not too difficult for Allah to find him in the soil. Verily, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, by Allah, has not died until he has left the clear path. He made the lawful halal, the unlawful haram, married, divorced, fought, and made peace. He was like a shepherd for his sheep, leading them to the tops of the mountains, thrusting his stick at the beasts with it, and drawing water from the basin with his hand to water the sheep. There has never been from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ among you, O people! So bury your companion.' Hammad said, 'The mother of Ayyub cried, and it was said to her, 'O mother of Ayyub! [Machine] Afterwards, indeed, Allah created the creation, not in need of their obedience, secure from their disobedience. And the people on that day are in different situations and opinions. The Arabs inhabit those residences, the people of Hajr, the people of Wabar, and the people of Dabar. They pass by them with the goodness of this world and the abundance of their livelihoods. They do not ask Allah as a group nor do they recite His dead book. Their dead are in the fire, and their lives are blind and impure, along with countless desired and forbidden things. So when Allah intended to spread His mercy upon them, He sent to them a messenger from among themselves, noble and caring, eager for the believers. Allah's blessings, peace, mercy, and blessings be upon him. This did not stop them from harming him in his body and labeling him with names. With him was a book from Allah, speaking, that is not established except by His command and is not eliminated except with His permission. So when he was commanded to be firm and was burdened with jihad, he accepted the command of Allah. His argument was cleared, his words were approved, his call was proclaimed, and he left this world pious and pure, following the path of his companion. Then Abu Bakr succeeded him, and he followed his example and followed his path. And the Arabs or those who did that from among them returned to their previous state, except for those who refused to accept them after the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him. He would not accept from them except the one who was reconcilable. He drew out his swords from their scabbards, and set fire to their kindling. Then he defeated the people of truth, the people of falsehood, but he did not sever their limbs or shed their blood until he entered them into that from which they had separated and solidified them in that from which they had departed. He had previously received a portion of Allah's wealth and used it to quench his thirst. And an Ethiopian woman who breastfed a child for him. He felt a pang in his throat when he saw that before he passed away. He attributed it to his successor and left this world pious and pure, following the path of his two companions. Then, O Umar bin Al-Khattab, you are the son of this world. Its kings nurtured you and fed you. It grew you up and you sought its benefits. But when you became its ruler, you abandoned it and left it in ruins, except for what you provide from it. So praise be to Allah who showed us your deception and relieved our distress through you. So go forth and do not turn back, for surely nothing can exalt the truth, nor humiliate falsehood. I speak these words and seek forgiveness from Allah for myself and for the believing men and believing women. Abu Ayyub said, "Umar bin Abdul Aziz would say about something, Ibn Al-Ahtam said to me, 'Go forth and do not turn back.'"

[Machine] The people of the city suffered a severe drought, so they complained to Aisha and she said, "Look at the grave of the Prophet ﷺ and make a furrow from it to the sky, so there will be no barrier between it and the sky." They did as she instructed, and it rained until the grass grew and the camels got fat to the point of splitting from their fatness. So, that year was called the year of abundance.

AbdurRahman ibn Amr as-Sulami and Hujr ibn Hujr said: We came to Irbad ibn Sariyah who was among those about whom the following verse was revealed: "Nor (is there blame) on those who come to thee to be provided with mounts, and when thou saidst: "I can find no mounts for you." We greeted him and said: We have come to see you to give healing and obtain benefit from you. Al-Irbad said: One day the Messenger of Allah ﷺ led us in prayer, then faced us and gave us a lengthy exhortation at which the eyes shed tears and the hearts were afraid. A man said: Messenger of Allah! It seems as if it were a farewell exhortation, so what injunction do you give us? He then said: I enjoin you to fear Allah, and to hear and obey even if it be an Abyssinian slave, for those of you who live after me will see great disagreement. You must then follow my sunnah and that of the rightly-guided caliphs. Hold to it and stick fast to it. Avoid novelties, for every novelty is an innovation, and every innovation is an error.
