[Machine] "I presented to my teacher the discussions of jurisprudence and he approved them for me."  

«عَرَضْتُ عَلَى الشَّعْبِيِّ أَحَادِيثَ الْفِقْهِ فَأَجَازَهَا لِي»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said to a man who entered the mosque with arrows, "Hold onto their tips". He replied, "Yes".  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لِرَجُلٍ مَرَّ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ بِسِهَامٍ «أَمْسِكْ بِنِصَالِهَا» قَالَ نَعَمْ  

[Machine] Yes, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to kiss her while he was fasting.  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ «يُقَبِّلُهَا وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ؟» قَالَ نَعَمْ  

[Machine] "He wrote to me Mansour with a story, so I met him and I said, shall I convey to you about it? He said, haven't I already conveyed to you when I wrote to you?"  

كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ مَنْصُورٌ بِحَدِيثٍ فَلَقِيتُهُ فَقُلْتُ أُحَدِّثُ بِهِ عَنْكَ؟ قَالَ أَوَ لَيْسَ إِذَا كَتَبْتُ إِلَيْكَ فَقَدْ حَدَّثْتُكَ؟  

[Machine] "Like that" or "similar to that"  

مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ  

[Machine] I presented a book to him, and then I said, "Should I tell him about you?" He replied, "Who else told you about it other than me?"  

عَرَضْتُ عَلَيْهِ كِتَابًا فَقُلْتُ أَرْوِيهِ عَنْكَ؟ قَالَ وَمَنْ حَدَّثَكَ بِهِ غَيْرِي  

[Machine] "The presentation of the book and the speech is equal."  

«عَرْضُ الْكِتَابِ وَالْحَدِيثُ سَوَاءٌ»  

[Machine] "The presentation of the book and the conversation are equal."  

«عَرْضُ الْكِتَابِ وَالْحَدِيثُ سَوَاءٌ»  

[Machine] Zaid ibn Aslam used to say, "To him, the study of the Quran and Hadith are equally important." And the son of Abu Dhi'b used to agree with that.  

كَانَ زَيْدُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ «يَرَى عَرْضَ الْكِتَابِ وَالْحَدِيثَ سَوَاءً» وَكَانَ ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ يَرَى ذَلِكَ  

[Machine] "He used to see the performance and the conversation equally."  

أَنَّهُ كَانَ «يَرَى الْعَرْضَ وَالْحَدِيثَ سَوَاءً»
