Abu Dawud said “I heard Muhammad bin Isa narrating this tradition who said Mu’tamar narrated it to us. And he (Mu’tamar) said “ I heard Al Hakam bin Aban narrating this tradition. He did not mention the name of Ibn ‘Abbas. Abu Dawud said “Al Hussain bin Huraith wrote to me saying “Al Fadl bin Musa narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas to the same effect from the Prophet ﷺ. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2225)

Sulaiman b. Yasir reported that Jabir gave this verdict. The inheritor has a right (to inherit) the life grant according to the statement of Jabir (b. 'Abdullah) (Allah be pleased with him) which he narrated from Messenger of Allah ﷺ.

It has been narrated through a different chain of transmitters on the authority of Sufyan who said that he heard 'Umar b. al-Khattab relate (this tradition) from the Prophet ﷺ while he was delivering a sermon from the pulpit.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ  

nasai:4602Ibrāhīm b. al-Ḥasan > Ḥajjāj > Ibn Jurayj > ʿAṭāʾ Dhalik > ʿAbdullāh b. ʿIṣmah al-Jushamī > Ḥakīm b. Ḥizām

"Ata' told me that from 'Abdullah bin 'Ismah Al-Jushami from Hakim bin Hizam from the prophet. "

"May Allah curse Al-Mutanammisat and who have their teeth separated. Shall I not curse those whom the Messenger of Allah [SAW] cursed?"

"Abdullah used to say: 'May Allah curse the women who have tattoos done and Al-Mutanammisat, and have the women who have their teeth separated. Should I not curse those whom the Messenger of Allah [SAW] cursed?'"

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ  

abudawud:4293Muʾammal b. al-Faḍl al-Ḥarrānī > al-Walīd b. Muslim > Abū ʿAmr > Ḥassān b. ʿAṭiyyah Bihadhā al-Ḥadīth Zād Fīh And Yathūr al-Muslimūn > Asliḥatihim Fayaqtatilūn Fayukrim Allāh Tilk al-ʿIṣābah Bi-al-Shhahādah > Abū Dāwud Ilā > al-Walīd Jaʿal al-Ḥadīth > Jubayr > Dhī Mikhbar

The Muslims will then make for their weapons and will fight, and Allah will honor that body with martryrdom. Abu Dawud said: But al-Walid has narrated this tradition from Dhu Mikhbar from the Prophet ﷺ. Abu Dawud said: Rawh, Yahya bin Hamzah and Bishr bin Bakr has also transmitted it from al-Awza'i as mentioned by 'Isa.

قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَرَوَاهُ رَوْحٌ وَيَحْيَى بْنُ حَمْزَةَ وَبِشْرُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ عَنِ الأَوْزَاعِيِّ كَمَا قَالَ عِيسَى

'Abd al-Wahhab al-Thaqafi did not mention the name of Abu Sa'id. Hammad b. Salamah said: From al-Jariri, from Abu al-'Ala', from the Prophet ﷺ. Abu Dawud said: The hearing of this tradition by Hammad b. Salamah and Thaqafi is of the same nature.

"No one should sell in our markets except one who has understanding in the religion."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ  

ahmad:18562Wakīʿ > al-Aʿmash > ʿAbdullāh b. Murrah > al-Barāʾ b. ʿĀzib

the Prophet ﷺ stoned a Jewish man and a Jewish woman. (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2557)   

أحمد:١٨٥٦٢حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ نَحْوَهُ

"When the son of Adam wakes up in the morning, all of his body parts bow to the tongue and say: 'Fear Allah regarding us, we are only part of you. If you are straight we are straight and if you are crooked we are crooked." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 2407)

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَذَكَرَهُ

Aishah, also reported a tradition bearing similar meaning through another chain of transmitters. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 34)   

أحمد:٢١١٢٧حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ وَأَبُو قَطَنٍ عَمْرُو بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا حَمْزَةُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ مَعْنَاهُ

الحاكم:٦٠٥٩حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ ثَنَا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ نَحْوَهُ  

«هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ» صحيح
hakim:6928Abū Bakr Muḥammad b. Aḥmad b. Bālawayh > Ibrāhīm b. Isḥāq al-Ḥarbī > Muṣʿab b. ʿAbdullāh al-Zubayrī

Abu Dawud said “I heard Muhammad bin Isa narrating this tradition who said Mu’tamar narrated it to us. And he (Mu’tamar) said “ I heard Al Hakam bin Aban narrating this tradition. He did not mention the name of Ibn ‘Abbas. Abu Dawud said “Al Hussain bin Huraith wrote to me saying “Al Fadl bin Musa narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas to the same effect from the Prophet ﷺ. الحاكم:٦٩٢٨حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ بَالَوَيْهِ ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْحَرْبِيُّ ثَنَا مُصْعَبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ قَالَ «وَأُمُّ خَالِدٍ اسْمُهَا أَمَةُ بِنْتُ خَالِدِ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْعَاصِ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ وَكَانَ خَالِدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَدْ هَاجَرَ إِلَى أَرْضِ الْحَبَشَةِ وَمَعَهُ امْرَأَتَهُ هُمَيْنَةُ بِنْتُ خَلَفٍ فَوَلَدَتْ لَهُ هُنَاكَ أَمَةَ بِنْتَ خَالِدٍ فَلَمْ يَزَلْ بِأَرْضِ الْحَبَشَةِ حَتَّى قَدِمُوا مَعَ أَهْلِ السَّفِينَتَيْنِ وَقَدْ بَلَغَتْ أَمَةُ وَعَقَلَتْ وَتَزَوَّجَهَا الزُّبَيْرُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ فَوَلَدَتْ لَهُ عُمَرَ وَخَالِدًا ابْنَيِ الزُّبَيْرِ وَعَاشَتْ وَعَمَّرَتْ وَرَوَتْ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ»

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ نَحْوَهُ  

ibnhibban:2886Muḥammad b. Isḥāq b. Khuzaymah Fī ʿAqibih > Muḥammad b. ʿAbd al-Raḥīm > Rawḥ > Shuʿbah > ʿAbd al-Raḥman b. al-Qāsim b. Muḥammad > al-Qāsim > Ṣāliḥ b. Khawwāt > Sahl b. Abū Ḥathmah

This tradition has also been transmitted by Mu’adh through a different chain of narrators to the same effect. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1577)
