٥۔ كِتَابُ الْمَنَاسِكِ

5.36 [Machine] The Remembrance in Tawaf and Sai between Safa and Marwa

٥۔٣٦ بَابُ الذِّكْرِ فِي الطَّوَافِ وَالسَّعْيِ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ

darimi:1895Abū ʿĀṣim > ʿUbaydullāh b. Abū Ziyād > al-Qāsim > ʿĀʾishah

[Machine] The translation of the given Arabic phrase is: "Indeed, the purpose of circumambulating the Ka'bah, stoning the pillars, and walking between Safa and Marwa is for the remembrance of Allah." Abu Asim used to recite it.  

الدارمي:١٨٩٥أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

«إِنَّمَا جُعِلَ الطَّوَافُ بِالْبَيْتِ وَرَمْيُ الْجِمَارِ وَالسَّعْيُ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ لِإِقَامَةِ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ» قَالَ أَبُو عَاصِمٍ كَانَ يَرْفَعُهُ  

darimi:1896Abū Nuʿaym And Muḥammad b. Yūsuf > Sufyān > ʿUbaydullāh b. Abū Ziyād > al-Qāsim > ʿĀʾishah

This tradition has also been narrated on the authority of ‘A’ishah through a different chain. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 99)  

الدارمي:١٨٩٦أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ نَحْوَهُ
