26. Chapter of Wāw (Male)
٢٦۔ بَابُ الْوَاوِ
[Machine] That the people of the household succeed one another in the Fire until none of them remain free or slave or female slave, and that the people of the household succeed one another in Paradise until none of them remain free or slave or female slave.
أَنَّ أَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ يَتَتَابَعُونَ فِي النَّارِ حَتَّى مَا يَبْقَى مِنْهُمْ حُرٌّ وَلَا عَبْدٌ وَلَا أَمَةٌ وَإِنَّ أَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ يَتَتَابَعُونَ فِي الْجَنَّةِ حَتَّى مَا يَبْقَى مِنْهُمْ حُرٌّ وَلَا عَبْدٌ وَلَا أَمَةٌ»

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا آكُلُ مُتَّكِئًا»
Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I do not take my meals while leaning (against something). (Using translation from Bukhārī 5398)

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "As for me, I do not eat while leaning."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أَمَّا أَنَا فَلَا آكُلُ مُتَّكِئًا»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to a man who had with him, "I do not eat while reclining."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لِرَجُلٍ عِنْدَهُ «لَا آكُلُ مُتَّكِئًا»
[Machine] I ate a piece of bread with fatty meat, then I went to the Prophet ﷺ and I started to belch. The Prophet ﷺ said, "Refrain from excessive belching, for the majority of people who are content in this world will be the most hungry in the next."
أَكَلْتُ ثَرِيدَةً مِنْ خُبْزِ بُرٍّ بِلَحْمٍ سَمِينٍ فَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَجَعَلْتُ أَتَجَشَّأُ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «اكْفُفْ مِنْ جَشَائِكَ فَإِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ فِي الدُّنْيَا شِبَعًا أَكْثَرُهُمْ فِي الْآخِرَةِ جُوعًا»
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ used to pray until his ankles would swell. It was said to him, "O Messenger of Allah, Allah has forgiven you for what you have done in the past and what you will do in the future." He replied, "Shall I not be a grateful servant?"
كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يُصَلِّي حَتَّى تَرِمَ قَدَمَاهُ فَقِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ قَدْ غَفَرَ اللهُ لَكَ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِكَ وَمَا تَأَخَّرَ قَالَ «أَفَلَا أَكُونُ عَبْدًا شَكُورًا»
[Machine] That the Prophet ﷺ saw a man making mistakes in his prayer, so he corrected him.
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «رَأَى رَجُلًا قَدْ سَبَّلَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ فَضَمَّهُ»
