'A'isha reported that Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about it, whereupon he said that everything that causes intoxication is forbidden.

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about bit’. He replied: Every liquor which intoxicates is forbidden. Abu Dawud said: I read out this tradition to Yazid bin 'Abd Rabbihi al-Jurjisi. Muhammad bin Hard told you this tradition from al-Zabidi from al-Zuhri through his chain of narrators. This version added: Bit' is the nabidh from honey, which the people of the Yemen would drink. Abu Dawud said: I heard Ahmad bin Hanbal say: There is no god but Allah. there was none stronger in memory and like al-Jurjisi among the people of Hims.

[AI] That the Prophet ﷺ said, "The angels do not enter a house in which there is a dog or a picture."
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لَا تَدْخُلُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ بَيْتًا فِيهِ كَلْبٌ وَلَا صُورَةٌ
[AI] We used to pray Asr, then the traveler would go to Quba, and they would come to them while the sun was still high.
كُنَّا نُصَلِّي الْعَصْرَ ثُمَّ يَذْهَبُ الذَّاهِبُ إِلَى قُبَاءَ فَيَأْتِيهِمْ وَالشَّمْسُ مُرْتَفِعَةٌ
[AI] "That which is missed of the Asr prayer is as if one has lost his wealth and children."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ الَّذِي تَفُوتُهُ صَلَاةُ الْعَصْرِ كَأَنَّمَا وُتِرَ مَالَهُ وَوَلَدَهُ
[AI] A person asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about praying in a single garment, so he asked, "Do you each have two garments?"
أَنَّ سَائِلًا سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ فِي الثَّوْبِ الْوَاحِدِ فَقَالَ أَوَلِكُلِّكُمْ ثَوْبَانِ؟
[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ reciting the wording of the Hadith of Yahya ibn Yahya in Maghrib, at At-Tur.
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقْرَأُ بِالطُّورِ فِي الْمَغْرِبِ لَفْظُ حَدِيثِ يَحْيَى بْنِ يَحْيَى
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "None of you should perform prayer at sunrise or sunset."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَا يَتَحَرَّى أَحَدُكُمْ فَيُصَلِّي عِنْدَ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ وَلَا عِنْدَ غُرُوبِهَا

إِنَّ هَذَيْنِ يَوْمَانِ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ صِيَامِهِمَا يَوْمُ فِطْرِكُمْ مِنْ صِيَامِكُمْ وَالْآخَرُ يَوْمٌ تَأْكُلُونَ فِيهِ مِنْ نُسُكِكُمْ
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed a retreat in Al-Bathaa, near Dhul-Hulayfah, where he would pray. Abdullah bin Umar used to do the same.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَاخَ بِالْبَطْحَاءِ الَّتِي بِذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ يُصَلِّي بِهَا قَالَ وَكَانَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ يَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ
[AI] "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: The two parties in a transaction have the right to continue their transaction (and take possession of the item) as long as they have not separated, except when there is an option to choose (to cancel the transaction). And in another narration from Ash-Shafi'i: The right to choose lies with the owner."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ الْمُتَبَايِعَانِ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بِالْخِيَارِ عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا إِلَّا بَيْعَ الْخِيَارِ وَفِي رِوَايَةِ الشَّافِعِيِّ عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ بِالْخِيَارِ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهُ وَنَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ بِالتَّمْرِ
[AI] That the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , forbade the selling of fruits until their quality becomes evident. He forbade the seller and the buyer. And in one narration of Al-Shafi'i, he forbade the selling of fruits, and the buyer can replace the seller.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا نَهَى الْبَائِعَ وَالْمُبْتَاعَ وَفِي رِوَايَةِ الشَّافِعِيِّ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثِّمَارِ وَقَالَ الْمُشْتَرِيَ بَدَلَ الْمُبْتَاعِ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَطْلُ الْغَنِيِّ ظُلْمٌ وَإِذَا أُتْبِعَ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى مَلِيٍّ فَلْيَتْبَعْ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about alcohol, so he said: "Every intoxicating drink is forbidden, and betel is honey wine."
سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْبِتْعِ فَقَالَ كُلُّ شَرَابٍ أَسْكَرَ فَهُوَ حَرَامٌ وَالْبِتْعُ نَبِيذُ الْعَسَلِ

This is narrated in the hadith of Al-Shafi'i, may Allah have mercy on him, and in the narration of Al-Muḥarriymi, he said: Aisha narrated from the Prophet ﷺ, who said: Every intoxicant is forbidden.
