Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "It is not sinful (of a Muhrim) to kill five kinds of animals, namely: the crow, the kite, the mouse, the scorpion and the rabid dog."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ لاَ حَرَجَ عَلَى مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ الْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ
Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "It is not sinful of a person in the state of Ihram to kill any of these five animals: The scorpion, the rat, the rabid dog, the crow and the kite."

An inquirer asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about the prayer in a single garment. He (the Holy Prophet) add: Has everyone of you two garments?
أَنَّ سَائِلاً سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنِ الصَّلاَةِ فِي الثَّوْبِ الْوَاحِدِ فَقَالَ أَوَلِكُلِّكُمْ ثَوْبَانِ
Five are the beasts for killing which there is no sin for the Muhrim: crows, kites, scorpions, rats and wild dogs.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُحْرِمِ فِي قَتْلِهِنَّ جُنَاحٌ الْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْفَارَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ
I said to Nafi: What is that which you heard Ibn, Umar declaring permissible for a Muhrim to kill some of the beasts? Nafi, said to me that 'Abdullah had reported: I heard Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: Five are the beasts in killing which or their being killed, there is no sin: crow, kite, scorpion, rat and voracious dog.

I heard Ibn Umar as saying that he had heard Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying like this (as mentioned above) but with a slight variation of wording [that instead of the word thaub (cloth) there is the word thiyab (the clothes) ].

Ibn ‘Umar said The Prophet ﷺ was asked as to which of the creatures could be killed by a pilgrim in the sacred state. He said there are five creatures which it is not a sin for anyone to kill, outside or inside the sacred area. The Scorpion, the Crow, the Rat, the Kite and the biting Dog.

Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab from Said ibn al- Musayyab from Abu Hurayra that some one asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about praying in one garment. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Do you all have two garments?"
أَنَّ سَائِلاً سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنِ الصَّلاَةِ فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَوَلِكُلِّكُمْ ثَوْبَانِ
Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi from Abdullah ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade fasting for two days or more without breaking the fast in between. They said, "But Messenger of Allah, you practise wisal." He replied, "I am not the same as you. I am fed and given to drink."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنِ الْوِصَالِ فَقَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فَإِنَّكَ تُوَاصِلُ فَقَالَ إِنِّي لَسْتُ كَهَيْئَتِكُمْ إِنِّي أُطْعَمُ وَأُسْقَى
Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi from Abdullah ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "There are five kinds of animal which it is not wrong for some one in ihram to kill: crows, kites, scorpions, rats and mice, and wild dogs."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ خَمْسٌ فَوَاسِقُ يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحَرَمِ الْفَأْرَةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ
Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi from Abdullah ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When you are invited to a wedding feast, you must go to it."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا دُعِيَ أَحَدُكُمْ إِلَى وَلِيمَةٍ فَلْيَأْتِهَا
Yahya related to me from Malik from Abu'z-Zinad from al Araj from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Delay in payment by a rich man is injustice, but when one of you is referred for payment to a wealthy man, let him be referred."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَطْلُ الْغَنِيِّ ظُلْمٌ وَإِذَا أُتْبِعَ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى مَلِيءٍ فَلْيَتْبَعْ
Malik related to me from Abu'z-Zinad from al-Araj from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Excess water is not withheld in order to prevent herbage from growing."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يُمْنَعُ فَضْلُ الْمَاءِ لِيُمْنَعَ بِهِ الْكَلأُ

كُنْتُ أُطَيِّبُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ لِإِحْرَامِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُحْرِمَ وَلِحِلِّهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَطُوفَ بِالْبَيْتِ
[AI] And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Verily, one of the forms of oppression is to take advantage of the wealth of the wealthy. And if one of you is followed in a matter, then let him be followed."
وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ مِنَ الظُّلْمِ مَطْلُ الْغَنِيِّ وَإِذَا أُتْبِعَ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى مَلِيٍّ فَلْيَتْبَعْ
[AI] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The shade of the wealthy is oppression, and if any one of you is followed in matters of leadership, then let him be followed..."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَطْلُ الْغَنِيِّ ظُلْمٌ وَإِذَا أُتْبِعَ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى مَلِيٍّ فَلْيَتْبَعْ
[AI] And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Surely, one of the forms of oppression is withholding wealth and when one of you is entrusted with something, they should fulfill the trust."
وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ مِنَ الظُّلْمِ مَطْلُ الْغَنِيِّ وَإِذَا أُتْبِعَ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى مَلِيٍّ فَلْيَتْبَعْ
[AI] He ﷺ prohibited excessive companionship, so it was said to him: "You frequently keep companions." He ﷺ replied: "I am not like you; I am fed and given drink."
ﷺ نَهَى عَنِ الْوِصَالِ فَقِيلَ لَهُ إِنَّكَ تُوَاصِلُ فَقَالَ إِنِّي لَسْتُ كَهَيْئَتِكُمْ إِنِّي أُطْعَمُ وَأُسْقَى
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When one of you is invited to a wedding feast, let him attend it."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا دُعِيَ أَحَدُكُمْ إِلَى الْوَلِيمَةِ فَلْيَأْتِهَا
