15. Chapter
١٥۔ كِتَابُ التَّفْلِيسِ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said: "Let the one who finds me tell him that his honor and punishment are permissible." Sufyan said: "By his 'honor' he means for him to say that he wronged me in my rights, and his punishment is that Fulan bin Fulan is imprisoned. This is Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Maymun ibn Musaykatah."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لِيُّ الْوَاجِدِ يُحِلُّ عِرْضَهُ وَعُقُوبَتَهُ قَالَ سُفْيَانُ يَعْنِي عِرْضَهُ أَنْ يَقُولَ ظَلَمَنِي فِي حَقِّي وَعُقُوبَتُهُ يُسْجَنُ فُلَانُ بْنُ فُلَانٍ هَذَا هُوَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ مُسَيْكَةَ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The one who finds something that has been lost can keep it and its reward. Abu Ali Al-Rudhbary informed us that Abu Bakr Ibn Dasa narrated to us from Abu Dawud, who narrated from Al-Nufayli, who narrated from Abdullah Ibn Al-Mubarak, who narrated from Wabr Ibn Abi Duleilah, who narrated from Muhammad Ibn Maymun, who mentioned that Ibn Al-Mubarak said: 'The one who finds something that has been lost can keep it and its reward, and its punishment is to be detained for him.'
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لِيُّ الْوَاجِدِ يُحِلُّ عِرْضَهُ وَعُقُوبَتَهُ 11281 وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا النُّفَيْلِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ وَبْرِ بْنِ أَبِي دُلَيْلَةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ فَذَكَرَهُ قَالَ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ يُحِلُّ عِرْضَهُ يُغَلِّظُ لَهُ وَعُقُوبَتُهُ يُحْبَسُ لَهُ
[Machine] And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Verily, one of the forms of oppression is to take advantage of the wealth of the wealthy. And if one of you is followed in a matter, then let him be followed."
وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ مِنَ الظُّلْمِ مَطْلُ الْغَنِيِّ وَإِذَا أُتْبِعَ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى مَلِيٍّ فَلْيَتْبَعْ
