" I heard the Messenger of Allah say: 'The month of patience ( Ramadan) and three days of each month is fasting for a lifetime."' (Sahih).

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ شَهْرُ الصَّبْرِ وَثَلاَثَةُ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ صَوْمُ الدَّهْرِ

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever fasts three days of every month has fasted the entire year."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ صَامَ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ فَقَدْ صَامَ الدَّهْرَ كُلَّهُ

[Machine] About the Prophet ﷺ said about fasting for three days of the month, "Fasting these three days is equivalent to fasting the whole year, and breaking the fast of these days is also beneficial."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ فِي صِيَامِ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنَ الشَّهْرِ صَوْمُ الدَّهْرِ وَإِفْطَارُهُ

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: “Fasting the month of patience and three days of every month is fasting for a lifetime.”

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ صَوْمُ شَهْرِ الصَّبْرِ وَثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ صَوْمُ الدَّهْرِ

[Machine] Narrated by the Prophet, ﷺ , he said about fasting for three days every month: "The fast of three days from every month is equivalent to fasting for the whole year, and the reward of breaking the fast."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ فِي صِيَامِ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنَ الشَّهْرِ صَوْمُ الدَّهْرِ وَإِفْطَارُهُ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said: "Fasting three days of every month is fasting for a lifetime, and their sunset is the breaking of the fast."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ صِيَامُ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ صِيَامُ الدَّهْرِ وَإِفْطَارُهُ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Fasting for three days every month is fasting for the entire lifetime, and its reward is equivalent to that of fasting the whole year, and the reward of its breaking the fast."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ صِيَامُ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ صِيَامُ الدَّهْرِ وَإِفْطَارُهُ

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said about fasting three days of the month, it is like fasting for a lifetime and its breaking of fast.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ فِي صِيَامِ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنَ الشَّهْرِ صَوْمُ الدَّهْرِ وَإِفْطَارُهُ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to fast three days every month. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2450)

«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَصُومُ مِنْ غُرَّةِ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ»

[Machine] From the Prophet ﷺ said: "Fasting three days in every month is the fasting of a lifetime and its regular observance."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «صَوْمُ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ صِيَامُ الدَّهْرِ وَقِيَامُهُ»

[Machine] From his father, the Prophet ﷺ wiped his head and said, "The fasting of three days each month is equivalent to fasting the entire year and its (rewarded) breaking of the fast."

عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَكَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مَسَحَ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «صِيَامُ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ صِيَامُ الدَّهْرِ وَإِفْطَارُهُ»

[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ who said, "The fasting is good. The fasting of three days each month is (equivalent to) continuous fasting."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «صِيَامٌ حَسَنٌ صِيَامُ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ»

[Machine] And he said, "Fasting for three days every month."

وَقَالَ «صَوْمُ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ»

[Machine] "Fasting for three days every month relieves the heat of the chest."

«صَوْمُ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ يُذْهِبْنَ وَحَرَ الصَّدْرِ»

[Machine] The translation of the passage into English is: "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to fast three days every month, on Mondays and Thursdays."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ «يَصُومُ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ إِثْنَيْنَ وَخَمِيسَ»

" I heard the Messenger of Allah say: 'The month of patience ( Ramadan) and three days of each month is fasting for a lifetime."' (Sahih). (Using translation from Nasāʾī 2408)

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «شَهْرُ الصَّبْرِ وَثَلَاثَةُ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ صَوْمُ الدَّهْرِ»

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to fast three days every month. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2450)

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَصُومُ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ غُرَّةِ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ

صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بسبحة الضحى وصوم ثلاثة أيام من كل شهر والنوم على الوتر

"مَنْ صَامَ ثَلاثةَ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ، فَقَدْ صَامَ الدَّهرَ كلَّهُ".

"مَنْ صَامَ ثَلاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ، فَقَدْ صَامَ الشَّهْرَ كُلَّهُ".

"صُمْ ثَلاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ من كُل شَهْر، صُمْ صِيَامَ دَاوُدَ، صُمْ وأَفْطِرْ يَوْمًا".

"صَوْمُ ثَلاثَةِ أَيام مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْر، ورَمَضَانَ إِلى رَمضَانَ: صَوْمُ الدَّهْرِ وإِفْطَارُه".

"صَوْمُ شَهْرِ الصبر وثلاثةِ أَيام من كل شهر صوم الدهر".

"صَوْمُ شَهْرِ الصبر، وثلاثة أيام من كل شهر، صوم الدهر، ويذهب بوحر الصدر".

"صَوْمُ شَهْرِ الصَّبْر، وَثلاثَةِ أيام مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْر يُذْهِبْنَ وَحَرَ الصَّدْرٍ".

"صَوْمُ شَهْرِ الصَّبرِ وَثَلاثَةِ أَيَّام مِن كُلِّ شَهرٍ يُذهِبُ وَغْرَ الصدر".

"شَهْرُ الصَّبْرِ وَثَلَاثَةُ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ (صَومُ الدَّهْرِ) ".

"الأَيَّامُ البيضُ ثَلاثةُ أَيام من كل شهر" .

"صِيَامُ عَشْرَةِ أَيَّامٍ منْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ صِيَامُ الْدَّهْرِ وَإِفْطَارُه".

"صِيَامٌ حَسَنٌ: صِيَام ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنَ الشَّهْرِ، وَفى لَفْظٍ "مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ".

"عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ قَالَ: صَوْمُ ثَلاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ صَوْمُ الدَّهْرِ كُلِّهِ".

"عَنْ عَلِىٍّ قَالَ: صَوْمُ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ صَوْمُ الدَّهْرِ وَهِى تُذْهِبْنَ وَحَرَ الصَّدْرِ".

"عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ قَالَ: صِيَامُ ثَلاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ صِيَامُ الدَّهْرِ".
