"The Prophet used to fast the ten (days), and three days of each month: Monday and Thursday."
عَنْ بَعْضِ أَزْوَاجِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَتْ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَصُومُ الْعَشْرَ وَثَلاَثَةَ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ الاِثْنَيْنِ وَالْخَمِيسَ
"The Prophet used to fast the ten (days), and three days of each month: Monday and Thursday."

Hunaydah al-Khuza'i reported on the authority of her mother who said: I entered upon Umm Salamah and asked her about fasting. She said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to command me to fast three days every month beginning with Monday or Thursday.
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَأْمُرُنِي أَنْ أَصُومَ ثَلاَثَةَ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ أَوَّلُهَا الاِثْنَيْنِ وَالْخَمِيسِ
Hunaydah ibn Khalid narrated from his wife on the authority of one of the wives of the Prophet ﷺ who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to fast the first nine days of Dhul-Hijjah, Ashura' and three days of every month, that is, the first Monday (of the month) and Thursday.

[Machine] Four fasts that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ never used to leave were the fasting of Ashura, the fasting of the tenth of Muharram, and three days of fasting every month.
أَرْبَعٌ لَمْ يَكُنْ يَدَعُهُنَّ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ صِيَامُ عَاشُورَاءَ وَالْعَشْرُ وَثَلَاثَةُ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ
[Machine] The translation of the passage into English is: "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to fast three days every month, on Mondays and Thursdays."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ «يَصُومُ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ إِثْنَيْنَ وَخَمِيسَ»

"عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتْ: كَانَ رَسُول اللهِ ﷺ يَأمُرنِي بِصِيَامِ ثَلاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْر: أَوَّلُهَا الإثنان وَالْخَمِيس".
