[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Fasting during the month of patience (Ramadan) and three days of every month is equivalent to fasting the whole of one's life, and it removes the impurities of the heart." I asked, "What are the impurities of the heart?" He said, "The whisperings of Satan."

أحمد:٢١٣٦٤ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ الْأَزْرَقِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ بَنِي تَمِيمٍ قَالَ كُنَّا عِنْدَ بَابِ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ وَفِينَا أَبُو ذَرٍّ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ صَوْمُ شَهْرِ الصَّبْرِ وَثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْكُلِّ شَهْرٍ صَوْمُ الدَّهْرِ وَيُذْهِبُ مَغَلَةَ الصَّدْرِ قَالَ قُلْتُ وَمَا مَغَلَةُ الصَّدْرِ؟ قَالَ رِجْسُ الشَّيْطَانِ
