"جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِدَارِ الجارِ".  

[ن] النسائي وأَبو بكر بن أبى خيثمة في تاريخه، والطحاوى، [ع] أبو يعلى [حب] ابن حبّان [طس] الطبرانى في الأوسط [ض] ضياء المقدسي في مختاره عن قتادة عن أَنس، [ط] الطيالسي [حم] أحمد [د] أبو داود [ت] الترمذي حسن صحيح، [ق] البيهقى في السنن [ض] ضياء المقدسي في مختاره عن قتادة عن الحسن عن سمرة، قالوا: وهو المحفوظ، والأَول مقلوب، وصحح ابن القطان الوجهين
