"جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بالشُّفعَةِ".
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The neighbor has more right to his neighbor's dwelling."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِالدَّارِ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The neighbor has more right to their home."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِالدَّارِ
The Prophet ﷺ said: A neighbour has the best claim to the house or land of the neighbour. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3517)
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِالدَّارِ
ذِكْرُ خَبَرٍ أَوْهَمَ مَنْ جَهِلَ صِنَاعَةَ الْحَدِيثِ أَنَّ الْجَارَ الْمُلَاصِقَ وَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ شَرِيكًا لَهُ الشُّفْعَةُ
The Prophet ﷺ said: A neighbour has the best claim to the house or land of the neighbour. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3517)
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِالدَّارِ
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "The neighbor of the house is more deserving of its intercession."
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِشُفْعَةِ الدَّارِ»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The neighbor has more right to the house."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِالدَّارِ»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The neighbor has more right to their neighbor's house."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِالدَّارِ»
مَجَاعَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ الْعَتَكِيُّ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ
[Machine] "The Prophet ﷺ said, 'The neighbor of a house has more right to intercede.'"
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِالشُّفْعَةِ»
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "The neighbor has more right to the house."
