[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ emphasized the importance of good neighborly relations, and Samurah narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said, "The neighbor of a house has more right to the house than others."  

البيهقي:١١٥٨١ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بِشْرَانَ أنبأ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الرَّزَّازُ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ شَاكِرٍ ثنا عَفَّانُ ثنا هَمَّامٌ ثنا قَتَادَةُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِالْجِوَارِ وَعَنْ سَمُرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِالدَّارِ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ

The Prophet ﷺ said: A neighbour has the best claim to the house or land of the neighbour. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3517)

[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said, "The neighbor has more right to their neighbor's house than anyone else."
