[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The neighbor has the most right to be cared for and the most right to be considered compared to others."  

الطبراني:٦٨٠١ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ التَّمَّارُ وَأَبُو خَلِيفَةَ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ سَوْرَةَ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ قَالُوا ثنا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِالدَّارِ وَالْأَرْضِ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ»

أبو داود:٣٥١٧ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِدَارِ الْجَارِ أَوِ الأَرْضِ  

ahmad:20088 – Bahz And ʿAffān > Hammām > Qatādah > al-Ḥasan > Samurah
