Collected by Mālik, Aḥmad, Dārimī, Ḥākim, Ibn Ḥibbān, Ṭabarānī, Nasāʾī's Kubrá, SuyūṭīYahya said, "Malik said from Jafar ibn Muhammad from his father that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ pronounced judgement on the basis of an oath with one witness."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ
[Machine] The passage translates to: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed the dawn prayer."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَنَتَ فِي الْفَجْرِ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ الْوَزَغُ فُوَيْسِقٌ
[Machine] The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ kissed her while he was fasting.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَبَّلَهَا وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ

«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ حَرَّمَ نَبِيذَ الْجَرِّ»
