14. Chapter of Shīn (Male)
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever does not feel ashamed of what he says or what is said to him, then he is not upon the right path, and his mother gives birth to him without purity."
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ walked behind me and said, "Don't you have anything to say to Umayyah ibn Abi Salt?" I replied, "Yes, indeed." He then said, "Sing to him a hundred verses or a poem, and every time you come to a verse or a rhyming couplet, say 'hiih'."
[Machine] I was sitting next to the messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he said, "Do you have anything from the poetry of Umayyah bin Abi Salt?" I said, "Yes." He said, "Recite it." So, I recited a couplet to him and he kept saying, "Recite more." I continued reciting until I recited him a hundred couplets.
[Machine] I was a companion of the Prophet ﷺ and he said, "Do you have any poetry with you?" I said, "Yes." He said, "Then recite something for me." So I recited a couplet for him, then I remained silent. He said, "Yes?" So I recited another couplet for him, then I remained silent. He said, "Yes?" So I recited another couplet for him, and I continued to recite a hundred couplets for him, then I remained silent and he also remained silent.
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ saw a man whose lower garment had fallen, so he said to him, "Lift up your garment." The man replied, "O Messenger of Allah, I have imperfect legs and my knee caps are exposed." The Prophet ﷺ said, "Lift up your garment, for all of Allah's creation is beautiful." So, the man did not see his lower garment except that it reached halfway up his lower legs.
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ saw a man dragging his garment, so he rushed towards him or hurried to him and said, "Lift up your garment and fear Allah." The man said, "I have weak calves and my knees touch each other." The Prophet ﷺ said, "Every creation of Allah is beautiful." He said, "Whenever I see that man, his garment is either up to his mid-calf or hitting his mid-calf." Asad ibn Musa did not mention doubt in his narration about 'Amr ibn Al-Sharid and Ya'qub ibn 'Asim.

It was narrated by Nu'man ibn Abdul Salam, from Sufyan. Amr narrated it from Wabr ibn Abi Duleilah with a fat-ha on the letter dal.
