tabarani:7244 – ʿAlī b. ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz > Muḥammad b. ʿAbdullāh al-Raqāshī > ʿAbdullāh b. Aḥmad b. Ḥanbal > ʿUbaydullāh b. ʿUmar al-Qawārīrī > Yazīd b. Zurayʿ > Muḥammad b. Isḥāq

[Machine] I heard the Prophet ﷺ say, "If one of you drinks alcohol, then strike him. If he does it again, then strike him again. If he does it a third time, then strike him again. And if he does it a fourth time, then kill him."  

الطبراني:٧٢٤٤ – حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الرَّقَاشِيُّ وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ حَدَّثَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْقَوَارِيرِيُّ قَالَا ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ الثَّقَفِيُّ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الشَّرِيدِ عَنِ الشَّرِيدِ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ «إِذَا شَرِبَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَاضْرِبُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاضْرِبُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ عَادَ فَاضْرِبُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ عَادَ الرَّابِعَةَ فَاقْتُلُوهُ»

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «إِذَا شَرِبَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَاضْرِبُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ عَادَ فَاضْرِبُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ عَادَ فَاضْرِبُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ عَادَ الرَّابِعَةَ فَاقْتُلُوهُ»  

hakim:8118 – Muḥammad b. Maslamah > Yazīd b. Hārūn > Muḥammad b. Isḥāq > al-Zuhrī > ʿAmr b. al-Sharīd from his father

[Machine] About the Prophet ﷺ, he said: "If any one of you drinks wine, then give him lashes. If he does it again, then give him lashes. If he does it again for the third time, then kill him."  

الحاكم:٨١١٨ – فَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الصَّفَّارُ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ ثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الشَّرِيدِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا شَرِبَ أَحَدُكُمُ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ فَاقْتُلُوهُ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ على شرط مسلم
