[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ would settle disputes through intercession in the well, the house, and the wall before formalizing a judgment.  

الطبراني:٧٢٥٥حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الْحَفَرِيُّ عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الطَّائِفِيِّ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الشَّرِيدِ قَالَ

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «يَقْضِي بِالشُّفْعَةِ فِي الْبِئْرِ وَالدَّارِ وَالْحَائِطِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُقَسِّمَ»
