١۔ كِتَابٌ الطَّهَارَةِ ص ١٠
[Machine] I heard Uqbah ibn Amir al-Juhani saying, "By Allah, I do not have sexual intercourse with my wife on the day she becomes pure until a day passes."
سَمِعْتُ عُقْبَةَ بْنَ عَامِرٍ الْجُهَنِيَّ يَقُولُ وَاللَّهِ «إِنِّي لَا أُجَامِعُ امْرَأَتِي فِي الْيَوْمِ الَّذِي تَطْهُرُ فِيهِ حَتَّى يَمُرَّ يَوْمٌ»
[Machine] Regarding generosity in a woman, you witness purity. Does her husband approach her before she has cleansed herself?" He replied, "No, until she has cleansed herself."
عَنْ عَطَاءٍ فِي الْمَرْأَةِ تَرَى الطُّهْرَ أَيَأْتِيهَا زَوْجُهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ قَالَ «لَا حَتَّى تَغْتَسِلَ»
[Machine] "If hunger overtakes him, she will wash her private parts and then come to him."
«إِنْ أَدْرَكَهُ الشَّبَقُ غَسَلَتْ فَرْجَهَا ثُمَّ أَتَاهَا»
[Machine] "To be from the hadith of Layth, which I do not know from the hadith of Abdul Malik," said Abu Muhammad Al-Shabiq, who desires it.
أَنْ يَكُونَ مِنْ حَدِيثِ لَيْثٍ لَا أَعْرِفُهُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ» قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ الشَّبِقُ الَّذِي يَشْتَهِي
1.110 [Machine] In the woman's menstruation, she wears a pad and the woman prays in impurity
١۔١١٠ بَابٌ فِي الْمَرْأَةِ الْحَائِضِ تَخْتَضِبُ وَالْمَرْأَةِ تُصَلِّي فِي الْخِضَابِ
[Machine] "I saw women from the women of the city praying in khidab."
«رَأَيْتُ نِسَاءً مِنْ نِسَاءِ الْمَدِينَةِ يُصَلِّينَ فِي الْخِضَابِ»
[Machine] "I would rather have my hand cut off with knives than that."
«لَأَنْ تُقْطَعَ يَدِي بِالسَّكَاكِينِ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِنْ ذَلِكَ»
[Machine] "That a woman asked Aisha: Does the woman pray in her Khidab? She said, 'She should shorten it and widen it.' Abu Muhammad said, 'Abu Sa'id, he is the son of Abu Al-Anbas, and the name of Abu Al-Anbas is Sa'eed bin Kathir bin 'Ubayd.'"
أَنَّ امْرَأَةً سَأَلَتْ عَائِشَةَ تُصَلِّي الْمَرْأَةُ فِي الْخِضَابِ قَالَتْ «اسْلُتِيهِ وَرَغْمًا» قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ «أَبُو سَعِيدٍ هُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي الْعَنَبْسِ وَاسْمُ أَبِي الْعَنَبْسِ سَعِيدُ بْنُ كَثِيرِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ»
[Machine] "Our women should wear cosmetics at night, and when they wake up, they should remove it, perform ablution, and pray. After the prayer, they should wear cosmetics again. If it is the time of Dhuhr prayer, they should remove it, perform ablution, and pray with perfect adornments. It should not prevent them from praying."
«كُنَّ نِسَاؤُنَا يَخْتَضِبْنَ بِاللَّيْلِ فَإِذَا أَصْبَحْنَ فَتَحْنَهُ فَتَوَضَّأْنَ وَصَلَّيْنَ ثُمَّ يَخْتَضِبْنَ بَعْدَ الصَّلَاةِ فَإِذَا كَانَ عِنْدَ الظُّهْرِ فَتَحْنَهُ فَتَوَضَّأْنَ وَصَلَّيْنَ بِأَحْسَنِ خِضَابٍ وَلَا يَمْنَعُ مِنَ الصَّلَاةِ»
[Machine] That the wives of Ibn Umar used to wear their clothes tight and it was during their menstruation.
أَنَّ نِسَاءَ ابْنِ عُمَرَ «كُنَّ يَخْتَضِبْنَ وَهُنَّ حُيَّضٌ»
[Machine] "Our women should wear their veils when they pray the last evening prayer. And when they wake up in the morning, they should remove it, perform ablution, pray. And when they pray the noon prayer, they should wear it, and when they intend to pray the afternoon prayer, they should remove it and make themselves beautiful and not neglect prayer."
«كُنَّ نِسَاؤُنَا إِذَا صَلَّيْنَ الْعِشَاءَ الْآخِرَةَ اخْتَضَبْنَ فَإِذَا أَصْبَحْنَ أَطْلَقْنَهُ وَتَوَضَّأْنَ وَصَلَّيْنَ وَإِذَا صَلَّيْنَ الظُّهْرَ اخْتَضَبْنَ فَإِذَا أَرَدْنَ أَنْ يُصَلِّينَ الْعَصْرَ أَطْلَقْنَهُ فَأَحْسَنَّ خِضَابَهُ وَلَا يَحْبِسنَ عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ»
1.111 [Machine] When a man approaches his wife while she is menstruating
١۔١١١ بَابُ إِذَا أَتَى الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ
[Machine] From Aamer regarding someone who had relations with his wife while she was menstruating, they said, "It is a sin that has come upon him. He should seek forgiveness from Allah and repent to Him, and he should not repeat the act."
عَنْ عَامِرٍ فِيمَنْ أَتَى أَهْلَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ قَالَا «ذَنْبٌ أَتَاهُ يَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ وَيَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ وَلَا يَعُودُ»
عَنْ عَطَاءٍ مِثْلَهُ
[Machine] "The sin that came upon him, for which there is no atonement."
«ذَنْبٌ أَتَاهُ وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ كَفَّارَةٌ»
«يَعْتَذِرُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَيَتُوبُ إِلَى اللَّهِ»
[Machine] "You seek forgiveness from Allah and you have done nothing wrong." It means if something happens with your wife while she is menstruating.
«تَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْكَ شَيْءٌ» يَعْنِي إِذَا وَقَعَ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ
"When An-Najashi died, the Prophet said: 'Pray for forgiveness for him."' (Using translation from Nasāʾī 2041)
«يَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ»
[Machine] I saw in my dream as if I urinated blood. He said, "Your wife comes to you while she is menstruating." He said, "Yes." He said, "Fear Allah and do not repeat it."
رَأَيْتُ فِي الْمَنَامِ كَأَنِّي أَبُولُ دَمًا قَالَ «تَأْتِي امْرَأَتَكَ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ» قَالَ نَعَمْ قَالَ «اتَّقِ اللَّهَ وَلَا تَعُدْ»
"Regarding the one who has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating, he said, 'He seeks forgiveness from Allah.'"
فِي الَّذِي يَقَعُ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ قَالَ «يَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ»
1.112 [Machine] Who said: He must perform the expiation
١۔١١٢ بَابُ مَنْ قَالَ: عَلَيْهِ الْكَفَّارَةُ
[Machine] I heard Al-Hasan say regarding the one who breaks their fast for one day during Ramadan, he said, "They must free a slave, or fast for two consecutive months, or feed twenty to forty needy people, and for the one who has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating, the same applies."
سَمِعْتُ الْحَسَنَ يَقُولُ فِي الَّذِي يُفْطِرُ يَوْمًا مِنْ رَمَضَانَ قَالَ «عَلَيْهِ عِتْقُ رَقَبَةٍ أَوْ بَدَنَةٌ أَوْ عِشْرِينَ صَاعًا لِأَرْبَعِينَ مِسْكِينًا وَفِي الَّذِي يَغْشَى امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ»
The Prophet ﷺ said about a man who has sexual intercourse with a menstruating woman: He should give one or half dinar as sadaqah. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2168)
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي الَّذِي يَأْتِي امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ قَالَ «يَتَصَدَّقُ بِنِصْفِ دِينَارٍ»
[Machine] The judge hesitated, giving either a dinar or half a dinar as charity.
«يَتَصَدَّقُ بِدِينَارٍ أَوْ نِصْفِ دِينَارٍ» شَكَّ الْحَكَمُ
[Machine] Branches; as for my preservation, it is exalted. And as for so-and-so and so-and-so, they said it is not exalted. Some people said to me, inform us of your preservation and disregard what so-and-so and so-and-so said. He said, by Allah, I do not like that I live in this world for the length of Noah's lifespan ﷺ and I speak about this or remain silent about this. Abu Muhammad, Abdul Hamid bin Zaid bin Abdul Rahman bin Zaid bin Al-Khattab said, and he was the governor of Kufa during the reign of Umar ibn Abdul Aziz.
شُعْبَةُ أَمَّا حِفْظِي فَهُوَ مَرْفُوعٌ وَأَمَّا فُلَانٌ وَفُلَانٌ فَقَالَا غَيْرُ مَرْفُوعٍ قَالَ بَعْضُ الْقَوْمِ حَدِّثْنَا بِحِفْظِكَ وَدَعْ مَا قَالَ فُلَانٌ وَفُلَانٌ فَقَالَ وَاللَّهِ مَا أُحِبُّ أَنِّي عُمِّرْتُ فِي الدُّنْيَا عُمُرَ نُوحٍ ﷺ وَأَنِّي حَدَّثْتُ بِهَذَا أَوْ سَكَتُّ عَنْ هَذَا قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ «عَبْدُ الحَمِيدِ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحمَنِ بْنِ زَيدِ بْنِ الخَطَّابِ وَكَانَ وَالِيَ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَلَى الْكُوفَةِ»
[Machine] "If she experiences it during menstruation, the compensation is a dinar, and if she experiences it after menstruation has stopped, the compensation is half a dinar."
«إِذَا أَتَاهَا فِي دَمٍ فَدِينَارٌ وَإِذَا أَتَاهَا وَقَدِ انْقَطَعَ الدَّمُ فَنِصْفُ دِينَارٍ»
the Prophet said about a man who had sexual intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating: "He should give half a Dinar in charity." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 136)
قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فِي الَّذِي يَقَعُ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ «يَتَصَدَّقُ بِنِصْفِ دِينَارٍ»
[Machine] "That she experienced her menses before he approached her, then it happened to her, and she confirmed it to be true. So, she came to the Prophet ﷺ and he ordered (commanded) him to give charity with two fifth of a dinar."
أَنْ يَأْتِيَهَا اعْتَلَّتْ عَلَيْهِ بِالْحَيْضِ فَوَقَعَ عَلَيْهَا فَإِذَا هِيَ صَادِقَةٌ فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَأَمَرَهُ «أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقَ بِخُمُسَيْ دِينَارٍ»
[Machine] From the Prophet ﷺ, he said: "If a man approaches his wife while she is menstruating, and if the blood is abundant, he should give a dinar in charity. And if the blood is light, he should give half a dinar in charity."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا أَتَى الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ فَإِنْ كَانَ الدَّمُ عبيطًا فَلْيَتَصَدَّقْ بِدِينَارٍ وَإِنْ كَانَتْ صُفْرَةً فَلْيَتَصَدَّقْ بِنِصْفِ دِينَارٍ»
وقالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ «يَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ»
[Machine] "If a man has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating, then he must give a charity of one dinar."
«إِذَا وَقَعَ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ فَعَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقَ بِدِينَارٍ»
[Machine] About a man named Ata who had intercourse with his wife while she was menstruating, he said, "He should give a charity of one dinar."
عَنْ عَطَاءٍ فِي رَجُلٍ جَامَعَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ قَالَ «يَتَصَدَّقُ بِدِينَارٍ»
«يَتَصَدَّقُ بِدِينَارٍ أَوْ نِصْفِ دِينَارٍ»
[Machine] About Al-Awza'i regarding a man who has sexual intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating or if she has seen purification and did not perform ritual purification, he said, "He should seek forgiveness from Allah and give charity of five dinars."
عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ فِي رَجُلٍ يَغْشَى امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ أَوْ رَأَتِ الطُّهْرَ وَلَمْ تَغْتَسِلْ قَالَ «يَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ وَيَتَصَدَّقُ بِخُمُسِ دِينَارٍ»
[Machine] "When a man has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating, he should give half a dinar in charity." A man from the community said to him, "But Hasan (a narrator) said that one should just free a slave as atonement." He replied, "There is no restriction upon you in drawing closer to Allah to the best of your ability."
«إِذَا وَقَعَ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ يَتَصَدَّقُ بِنِصْفِ دِينَارٍ» فَقَالَ لَهُ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ فَإِنَّ الْحَسَنَ يَقُولُ يُعْتِقُ رَقَبَةً قَالَ «مَا أَنْهَاكُمْ أَنْ تَقَرَّبُوا إِلَى اللَّهِ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ»
«يَتَصَدَّقُ بِدِينَارٍ»
1.113 [Machine] The arrival of women in their backyards
١۔١١٣ بَابُ إِتْيَانِ النِّسِاءِ فِي أَدْبَارِهِنَّ
[Machine] The Ansar were not paying their dowries, while the Muhajirun were. A man from the Muhajirun married a woman from the Ansar, and he paid her dowry. However, the Ansari woman refused to accept it. She went to Umm Salamah and mentioned it to her. When the Prophet ﷺ arrived, the Ansari woman felt embarrassed and left. Umm Salamah then informed the Prophet about what had happened, and he said, "Call her to me." She was summoned and the Prophet said to her, "Your wives are like a cultivable land for you, so come to your land however you wish." [Quran 2:223] "Through one gate." And the gate signifies the only way.
كَانَتِ الْأَنْصَارُ لَا تُجَبِّي وَكَانَتِ الْمُهَاجِرُونَ تُجَبِّي فَتَزَوَّجَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ امْرَأَةً مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ فَجَبَّاهَا فَأَبَتِ الْأَنْصَارِيَّةُ فَأَتَتْ أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لَهَا فَلَمَّا أَنْ جَاءَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ اسْتَحْيَتِ الْأَنْصَارِيَّةُ وَخَرَجَتْ فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ أُمُّ سَلَمَةَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ «ادْعُوهَا لِي» فَدُعِيَتْ لَهُ فَقَالَ لَهَا {نِسَاؤُكُمْ حَرْثٌ لَكَمْ فَأْتُوا حَرْثَكُمْ أَنَّى شِئْتُمْ} [البقرة 223] «صِمَامًا وَاحِدًا» وَالصِّمَامُ السَّبِيلُ الْوَاحِدُ
أَنْ تَعْتَزِلُوهُنَّ»
[Machine] Regarding Mujahid, "So come to them from where Allah has ordered you." He said, "We are commanded to come to them from where we have been forbidden." (Translation of Quran 2:222)
عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ {فَأْتُوهُنَّ مِنْ حَيْثُ أَمَرَكُمُ اللَّهُ} [البقرة 222] قَالَ «أُمِرُوا أَنْ يَأْتُوا مِنْ حَيْثُ نُهُوا»
[Machine] From Abu Razin: "So approach them from where Allah has commanded you." [Al-Baqarah 222]. He said, "From the front of purity."
عَنْ أَبِي رَزِينٍ {فَأْتُوهُنَّ مِنْ حَيْثُ أَمَرَكُمُ اللَّهُ} [البقرة 222] قَالَ «مِنْ قِبَلِ الطُّهْرِ»
[Machine] From Mujahid, he said "By Allah, it means the opposite."
عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ {وَتَذَرُونَ مَا خَلَقَ لَكُمْ رَبُّكُمْ مِنْ أَزْوَاجِكُمْ} [الشعراء 166] قَالَ «هُوَ وَاللَّهِ الْقُبُلُ»
[Machine] From Ikrimah: "Your wives are a tilth for you, so approach your tilth when or how you will." [Surah Al-Baqarah 223]. He (Ikrimah) said: "Indeed, it refers to sexual intercourse."
عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ {نِسَاؤُكُمْ حَرْثٌ لَكُمْ فَأْتُوا حَرْثَكُمْ أَنَّى شِئْتُمْ} [البقرة 223] قَالَ «إِنَّمَا هُوَ الْفَرْجُ»
[Machine] I heard Al-Hasan saying, "The Jews used to make it difficult for the Muslims by saying, 'O companions of Muhammad, it is not permissible for you to have relations with your wives except from one position.' Then Allah revealed, 'Your wives are a place of sowing of seed for you, so come to your place of cultivation however you wish' [Quran 2:223]. Thus, Allah made a distinction between the believers and their needs."
سَمِعْتُ الْحَسَنَ يَقُولُ كَانَتِ الْيَهُودُ لَا تَأْلُو مَا شَدَّدَتْ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ كَانُوا يَقُولُونَ يَا أَصْحَابَ مُحَمَّدٍ إِنَّهُ وَاللَّهِ مَا يَحِلُّ لَكُمْ أَنْ تَأْتُوا نِسَاءَكُمْ إِلَّا مِنْ وَجْهٍ وَاحِدٍ قَالَ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ {نِسَاؤُكُمْ حَرْثٌ لَكُمْ فَأْتُوا حَرْثَكُمْ أَنَّى شِئْتُمْ} [البقرة 223] فَخَلَّى اللَّهُ بَيْنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَبَيْنَ حَاجَتِهِمْ
[Machine] "Come to her from in front of her and from behind her, after he (someone) has been in the cemetery."
«ائْتِهَا مِنْ بَيْنِ يَدَيْهَا وَمِنْ خَلْفِهَا بَعْدَ أَنْ يَكُونَ فِي الْمَأْتَى»
[Machine] During the time of pre-Islamic ignorance (jahiliyyah), the people used to create something similar to the practices of the Magi regarding menstruating women. When this was mentioned to the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, the following verse was revealed: "And they ask you about menstruation. Say, 'It is harm, so keep away from wives during menstruation. And do not approach them until they are pure.' " [Quran 2:222] "So the matter regarding them did not increase except in severity."
كَانَ أَهْلُ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ يَصْنَعُونَ فِي الْحَائِضِ نَحْوًا مِنْ صَنِيعِ الْمَجُوسِ فَذُكِرَ ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَنَزَلَتْ {وَيَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْمَحِيضِ قُلْ هُوَ أَذًى فَاعْتَزِلُوا النِّسَاءَ فِي الْمَحِيضِ وَلَا تَقْرَبُوهُنَّ حَتَّى يَطْهُرْنَ} [البقرة 222] «فَلَمْ يَزْدَدِ الْأَمْرُ فِيهِنَّ إِلَّا شِدَّةً»
[Machine] Regarding Mujahid, say "It is harmful." [Al-Baqarah 222]. He said, "It is blood."
عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ {قُلْ هُوَ أَذًى} [البقرة 222] قَالَ «هُوَ الدَّمُ»
[Machine] About Qatada, he said about the verse "Say: It is a harm" [Al-Baqarah 222], "It means it is impure."
عَنْ قَتَادَةَ {قُلْ هُوَ أَذًى} [البقرة 222] قَالَ «قَذَرٌ»
[Machine] "If you want, stay away, and if you want, do not stay away."
«إِنْ شِئْتَ فَاعْزِلْ وَإِنْ شِئْتَ فَلَا تَعْزِلْ»
كَيْفَ شِئْتَ يَعْنِي ائتهَا فِي الْفَرْجِ
[Machine] "The Jews said to the Muslims: Whoever goes to his wife while she is turned away, his child will be illegitimate. So Allah, the Most High, revealed: 'Your wives are a place of cultivation for you, so come to your cultivation however you wish.' (Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:223)"
أَنَّ الْيَهُودَ قَالُوا لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ مَنْ أَتَى امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ مُدْبِرَةٌ جَاءَ وَلَدُهُ أَحْوَلَ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى {نِسَاؤُكُمْ حَرْثٌ لَكُمْ فَأْتُوا حَرْثَكُمْ أَنَّى شِئْتُمْ} [البقرة 223]
[Machine] About Ikrimah, {so come to your tilth as you wish} [Al-Baqarah 223], he said, "He approaches his spouse however he desires, whether standing, sitting, in front of her or behind her."
عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ {فَأْتُوا حَرْثَكُمْ أَنَّى شِئْتُمْ} [البقرة 223] قَالَ «يَأْتِي أَهْلَهُ كَيْفَ شَاءَ قَائِمًا وَقَاعِدًا وَبَيْنَ يَدَيْهَا وَمِنْ خَلْفِهَا»
[Machine] About Ibrahim, Allah says, "So come to them from where Allah has ordered you." [Al-Baqarah 222]. He said, "In the vagina."
عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ {فَأْتُوهُنَّ مِنْ حَيْثُ أَمَرَكُمُ اللَّهُ} [البقرة 222] قَالَ «فِي الْفَرْجِ»
1.114 [Machine] Who visited his wife from behind?
١۔١١٤ بَابُ مَنْ أَتَى امْرَأَتَهُ فِي دُبُرِهَا
[Machine] "Whoever has sexual intercourse with his wife from behind, then he is like his wife from among men. Then recite (And they ask you about menstruation) [Al-Baqarah 2:222]. Say, it is a harm, so keep away from women during menstruation and do not approach them until they are pure. And when they have purified themselves, then come to them from where Allah has commanded you. Indeed, Allah loves those who are constantly repentant and loves those who purify themselves. Then recite (Your wives are a place of sowing of seed for you, so come to your place of cultivation however you wish) [Al-Baqarah 2:223], standing, sitting, facing or from behind in the vagina."
مَنْ أَتَى امْرَأَتَهُ فِي دُبُرِهَا فَهُوَ مِنَ الْمَرْأَةِ مِثْلُهُ مِنَ الرَّجُلِ ثُمَّ تَلَا {وَيَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْمَحِيضِ} [البقرة 222] قُلْ هُوَ أَذًى فَاعْتَزِلُوا النِّسَاءَ فِي الْمَحِيضِ وَلَا تَقْرَبُوهُنَّ حَتَّى يَطْهُرْنَ فَإِذَا تَطَهَّرْنَ فَأْتُوهُنَّ مِنْ حَيْثُ أَمَرَكُمُ اللَّهُ أَنْ تَعْتَزِلُوهُنَّ فِي الْمَحِيضِ الْفَرْجَ ثُمَّ تَلَا {نِسَاؤُكُمْ حَرْثٌ لَكُمْ فَأْتُوا حَرْثَكُمْ أَنَّى شِئْتُمْ} [البقرة 223] قَائِمَةً وَقَاعِدَةً وَمُقْبِلَةً وَمُدْبِرَةً فِي الْفَرْجِ
