[Machine] I heard Al-Hasan say regarding the one who breaks their fast for one day during Ramadan, he said, "They must free a slave, or fast for two consecutive months, or feed twenty to forty needy people, and for the one who has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating, the same applies."  

الدارمي:١١٤٤أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ الْحَسَنَ يَقُولُ فِي الَّذِي يُفْطِرُ يَوْمًا مِنْ رَمَضَانَ قَالَ «عَلَيْهِ عِتْقُ رَقَبَةٍ أَوْ بَدَنَةٌ أَوْ عِشْرِينَ صَاعًا لِأَرْبَعِينَ مِسْكِينًا وَفِي الَّذِي يَغْشَى امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ»
