[Machine] The Ansar were not paying their dowries, while the Muhajirun were. A man from the Muhajirun married a woman from the Ansar, and he paid her dowry. However, the Ansari woman refused to accept it. She went to Umm Salamah and mentioned it to her. When the Prophet ﷺ arrived, the Ansari woman felt embarrassed and left. Umm Salamah then informed the Prophet about what had happened, and he said, "Call her to me." She was summoned and the Prophet said to her, "Your wives are like a cultivable land for you, so come to your land however you wish." [Quran 2:223] "Through one gate." And the gate signifies the only way.

[Machine] When the migrants arrived in Medina, they married from their women, but the migrants would ask for their wives' consent while the people of Medina would not. So, a man from the migrants wanted to have relations with his wife but she refused until she could ask the Prophet Mohammad ﷺ . She went to him but felt shy to ask him, so she asked Umm Salamah instead. Umm Salamah revealed the verse: "Your wives are a place of sowing of seed for you, so come to your place of cultivation however you wish" (Quran 2:223). The Prophet also said that this could only be done through one opening. Waki Ibn Sabit, who was from the Quraysh tribe, also said the same thing.

[Machine] About Umm Salamah, the Prophet's wife, she said: When the immigrants arrived in Madinah, they would marry among the Ansar (the residents of Madinah who welcomed and supported the Prophet). The Ansar women would agree to this, but one of them asked her husband for permission to ask the Prophet about it. She went to him but felt shy to speak, so he called her and recited to her the verse: "Your wives are a place of sowing of seed for you, so come to your place of cultivation however you wish"
