الدارمي:١١٧٠أَخْبَرَنَا خَلِيفَةُ بْنُ خَيَّاطٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ لَيْثًا يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ قَيْسٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ {نِسَاؤُكُمْ حَرْثٌ لَكُمْ فَأْتُوا حَرْثَكُمْ أَنَّى شِئْتُمْ} [البقرة 223] قَالَ

«إِنْ شِئْتَ فَاعْزِلْ وَإِنْ شِئْتَ فَلَا تَعْزِلْ»
