[Machine] The translation of the given Arabic sentence into English is: "Neither the person in a state of major impurity (janabah) nor a menstruating woman can recite the Quran word by word (verse by verse)"
[Machine] "Regarding 'Aamir, the sexually impure and menstruating women should not recite the Quran."
[Machine] Four people do not read the Quran: when alone, in the bathroom, while in a state of impurity (junub), and while menstruating (during their period). However, they are allowed to recite verses and the like for those who are junub or menstruating.
[Machine] Ibrahim and Saeed bin Jubair said, "Menstruating women and those in a state of sexual impurity (janaba) recite the verse but do not complete it."
[Machine] "The person in a state of sexual impurity remembers the name of Allah the Almighty."
[Machine] It is said that the one who is sexually impure (junub) or menstruating (hayid) should not recite, and one should not recite in the bathroom. And there are two situations in which a person should not mention Allah: when relieving oneself and during sexual intercourse. However, when a man comes to his family, he should start by saying "Bismillah" (In the name of Allah).
