Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I have been sent and the Hour (is at hand) as these two," showing his two fingers and sticking (separating) them out.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةَ هَكَذَا وَيُشِيرُ بِإِصْبَعَيْهِ فَيَمُدُّ بِهِمَا

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I have been sent and the Hour (is at hand) as these two (fingers).

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةَ كَهَاتَيْنِ

The Prophet ﷺ said, "I have been sent and the Hour (is at hand) as these two (fingers).

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةَ كَهَاتَيْنِ يَعْنِي إِصْبَعَيْنِ

I and the Last Hour have been sent like this and (he while doing it) joined the forefinger with the middle finger.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ كَهَاتَيْنِ قَالَ وَضَمَّ السَّبَّابَةَ وَالْوُسْطَى

the Messenger of Allah said: " I and the sponsor of an orphan shall be in Paradise like these two."And he indicaed with his fingers, meaning his index and his middle finger

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَنَا وَكَافِلُ الْيَتِيمِ فِي الْجَنَّةِ كَهَاتَيْنِ وَأَشَارَ بِأُصْبُعَيْهِ يَعْنِي السَّبَّابَةَ وَالْوُسْطَى

"The Hour and I were dispatched like these two" - and Abu Dawud(a narrator) indicated with his index and middle fingers- so, how much more(in length) is one then the other.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةَ كَهَاتَيْنِ وَأَشَارَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ بِالسَّبَّابَةِ وَالْوُسْطَى فَمَا فَضْلُ إِحْدَاهُمَا عَلَى الأُخْرَى

“I and the Hour have been sent like these two,” and he held up his two fingers together.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ كَهَاتَيْنِ وَجَمَعَ بَيْنَ إِصْبَعَيْهِ

[AI] About the Prophet ﷺ said, "I was sent as a Messenger and the Hour is like these two," and Wahb gestured with his index and middle fingers.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ كَهَاتَيْنِ» وَأَشَارَ وَهْبٌ بِالسَّبَّاحَةِ وَالْوُسْطَى

[AI] Narrated by the Prophet ﷺ : "I was sent and the Hour (Day of Judgment) are like these two fingers." And he pointed with his index and middle fingers.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ كَهَاتَيْنِ وَأَشَارَ بِالسَّبَّابَةِ وَالْوُسْطَى

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I was sent and the Hour (Day of Judgment) are like these two," and he extended his index finger and middle finger.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ كَهَاتَيْنِ وَبَسَطَ أُصْبُعَيْهِ السَّبَّابَةَ وَالْوُسْطَى

[AI] "The Prophet of Allah ﷺ used to say, 'I have been sent and the Hour (Day of Judgment) like these two fingers.' He then raised his index finger and middle finger, showing that one is preferred over the other."

أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَقُولُ بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ كَهَاتَيْنِ وَرَفَعَ أُصْبُعَيْهِ السَّبَّابَةَ وَالْوُسْطَى فَضَّلَ إِحْدَاهُمَا عَلَى الْأُخْرَى

[AI] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said, "I have been sent and the Hour (Day of Judgment) is like these two fingers," and he pointed with his index and middle fingers.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ كَهَاتَيْنِ وَأَوْمَأَ عَفَّانُ بِالسَّبَّابَةِ وَالْوُسْطَى

[AI] "I and the Hour were sent like this from this, and it nearly preceded it." Al-A'mash joined the index finger and the middle finger, and Muhammad said once: "It nearly preceded me."

«بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ كَهَذِهِ مِنْ هَذِهِ، وَإِنْ كَادَتْ لَتَسْبِقُهَا». وَجَمَعَ الْأَعْمَشُ السَّبَّابَةَ وَالْوُسْطَى، وَقَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ مَرَّةً: إِنْ كَادَتْ لَتَسْبِقُنِي.

[AI] I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ while he was saying, "I was sent with the Hour like this from this."

رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ: «بُعِثْتُ مِنَ السَّاعَةِ كَهَذِهِ مِنْ هَذِهِ».

[AI] I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ pointing with his finger.

رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يُشِيرُ بِإِصْبَعِهِ.

[AI] I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ pointing with his two fingers and saying, "I and the Hour (Day of Judgment) were sent like this, close to one another."

رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يُشِيرُ بِأُصْبُعَيْهِ وَيَقُولُ بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ كَهَذِهِ مِنْ هَذِهِ

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I have been sent and the Hour (is at hand) as these two (fingers). (Using translation from Bukhārī 6504)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ كَهَاتَيْنِ

[AI] "On the authority of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ , he said: I have been sent and the Hour (Day of Judgment) is like this, from this."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ كَهَذِهِ مِنْ هَذِهِ

[AI] Narrated by the Prophet ﷺ, he said, "I have been sent and the Hour is like this, from this."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ كَهَذِهِ مِنْ هَذِهِ

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "I was sent, and the Hour is like this," while he pointed with his index and middle fingers.

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ بُعِثْتُ وَالسَّاعَةُ هَكَذَا وَأَشَارَ بِإِصْبَعَيْهِ السَّبَّابَةِ وَالْوُسْطَى

[AI] I heard the Prophet ﷺ saying, "I and the Hour were sent together, and it almost preceded me."

سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ جَمِيعًا إِنْ كَادَتْ لَتَسْبِقُنِي

“I and the Hour have been sent like these two,” and he held up his two fingers together. (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 4040)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ كَهَاتَيْنِ» وَجَمَعَ بَيْنَ السَّبَّابَةِ وَالْوُسْطَى

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say with his index finger, which follows the thumb and middle finger, "I have been sent and the Hour (Day of Judgment) is like this."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ بِأُصْبُعِهِ الَّتِي تَلِي الْإِبْهَامَ وَالْوُسْطَى «بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ هَكَذَا»

عَنِ النَّبِيّ ﷺ قَالَ بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةَ كَهَاتَيْنِ وَضَمَّ إصبَعَيْهِ السَّبَّابَةَ وَالْوُسْطَى

قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ كَهَاتَيْنِ

عَن النَّبِيّ ﷺ قَالَ بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةَ كَهَاتَيْنِ وأشار بالسبابة والتي تليها

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I have been sent and the Hour (is at hand) as these two (fingers). (Using translation from Bukhārī 6504)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ كَهَاتَيْنِ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I have been sent along with the Hour like this," and he pointed with his middle finger and index finger.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ كَهَذِهِ مِنْ هَذِهِ» إِصْبَعَيْهِ الْوُسْطَى وَالسَّبَّابَةِ

[AI] I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "I was sent and the Hour is like this from this."

رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ «بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ كَهَذِهِ مِنْ هَذِهِ»

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I have been sent and the Hour (is at hand) as these two (fingers). (Using translation from Bukhārī 6504)

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ كَهَاتَيْنِ»

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ كَهَاتَيْنِ وَأَشَارَ بِإِصْبَعَيْهِ السَّبَّابَةِ وَالْوُسْطَى»

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I have been sent and the Hour (is at hand) as these two (fingers). (Using translation from Bukhārī 6504)

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ كَهَاتَيْنِ»

[AI] Al-Qa'nabi narrated that Ibn Abi Hazim narrated from his father, who narrated from Sahl ibn Sa'd, that the Prophet ﷺ said, "I have been sent, and the Hour (Day of Judgment) is like these two fingers," while he gestured with his index and middle fingers.

ثنا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي حَازِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ كَهَاتَيْنِ» وَأَشَارَ بِأُصْبُعَيْهِ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I have been sent, and the Hour is like this from this." And Sufyan pointed with his index and middle fingers.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ كَهَذِهِ مِنْ هَذِهِ» وَأَشَارَ سُفْيَانُ بِالسَّبَّابَةِ وَالْوُسْطَى

[AI] I saw the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , holding up his middle finger and pointing to the finger next to the thumb, and he said, "I and the Hour are like this."

رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ بِأَصْبُعِهِ الْوُسْطَى وَالَّتِي تَلِي الْإِبْهَامَ «بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ هَكَذَا»

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ said, "I was sent and the Hour (Day of Judgment) are like these two." And he pointed with his two fingers.

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ كَهَاتَيْنِ» وَأَشَارَ بِإِصْبَعَيْهِ

I and the Last Hour have been sent like this and (he while doing it) joined the forefinger with the middle finger. (Using translation from Muslim 2951e)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ كَهَاتَيْنِ» السَّبَّابَةِ وَالْوُسْطَى

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "I was sent at the same time as the Hour, and I preceded it just as this finger (the index finger) and the middle finger precede the other fingers."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «بُعِثْتُ فِي نَفْسِ السَّاعَةِ فَسَبَقْتُهَا كَمَا تَسْبِقُ هَذِهِ» وَأَشَارَ بِِإِصْبُعَيْهِ السَّبَّابَةِ وَالْوُسْطَى

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I was sent and the Hour (Day of Judgment) is like this, from this (i.e., his fingers) that it was almost to precede me."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ كَهَذِهِ مِنْ هَذِهِ أَنْ كَادَتْ لَتَسْبِقَنِي»

[AI] It is as if I am seeing the Prophet's finger ﷺ pointing at the beads and those following it, while he says, "I was sent and the Hour are like this, close to each other."

كَأَنِّي أَنْظُرُ إِلَى أُصْبُعَيِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَأَشَارَ بِالْمُسَبِّحَةِ وَالَّتِي تَلِيهَا وَهُوَ يَقُولُ «بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ كَهَذِهِ مِنْ هَذِهِ»

"بُعثت أنا والساعةُ كهاتين، وأَشار بالوسطى والسبابة".

"بُعِثْتُ أنَا وَالسَّاعَة كَهَاتَين إِنْ كادَتْ لَتَسْبِقُنى".

"بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ كهذِهِ مِنْ هَذِهِ، إِنْ كادَتْ لَتَسْبقُنى".
